★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomor antrian saya U16 masa dilewatin, pas saya tanyain ke petugasnya katanya dihapus trs dikasih antrian U21. Tolong dikomunikasikan antar petugas di poli umum, masa ngga bisa bedain mana yg udah mana yg belom. Udah dibantu komputer masih aja semrawut. Saya udah sering bolak balik kesini tp baru ini saya kesel banget
 My queue number was U16 when I passed it, when I asked the staff, they said it was deleted, and I was given a U21 queue. Please communicate between officers at the general poly, can't tell which one is old and which is not. After being helped by a computer, it's still a mess. I've been back and forth here many times but recently I'm really annoyed

The services at the Bapil Poly make it easy for patients, check nurses, doctors, laboratories and administer drugs in one place.. Even though it's outside the building, it feels cool under a tree.. Doctors and nurses are all friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emang udah biasanya kesini, tapi baru ini bener2 sakit hati banget sama dokternya. Staff yang lain ramah banget dan pelayanan bagus. Tapi dokter yang di luar gedung, yang praktek hari ini Jumat 21 Januari 2022 yang duduk dibagian utara, bener2 pelayanan buruk sekali. Dia nanya bentak2, ketus banget, nadanya tinggi, nanya ke pasien malah kayak orang marahi. Mentang2 minta pengantar pake Bpjs, dia pelayanan semena mena banget. Mohon itu dokter ditindak tegas. Kapok pake layanan kesehatan tapi diperlakukan kayak gini. Nggak lagi lah ke puskesmas ini, kapok. Biaya mandiri aja langsung ke rumah sakit, nggak usah pake pengantar dari puskesmas.
I usually come here, but recently I really hurt the doctor. The other staff are very friendly and the service is good. But the doctor outside the building, who practices today, Friday, January 21, 2022, who sits in the north, has really bad service. He asked yelling, very curt, his tone was high, he asked the patient even like angry people. Just asking for an introduction using Bpjs, he's a very arbitrary service. Please take strict action against the doctor. Tired of using health services but being treated like this. Don't go to this health center anymore, give up. Just go straight to the hospital for independent expenses, you don't have to use an introduction from the puskesmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmasnya bersih dan ramah anak.. setiap jumat disini ada penyuluhan juga diruang tunggu.. Tambah ilmu sembari menunggu panggilan poli..
The health center is clean and child friendly.. every Friday here there is also counseling in the waiting room.. Add knowledge while waiting for the call from the police..
