saya kasian liat petugas kewalahan saking banyaknya antrian, terlebih di masa pandemi ini empati pasien juga dibutuhkan bagi tenaga kesehatan.

I feel sorry for the staff who are overwhelmed by the number of queues, especially during this pandemic, patient empathy is also needed for health workers.
