★ ★ ★ ★ ★ puskesmas nya banyak buanget nyamuk nya, tolong dong lebih di tingkat kan lagi kebersihan nya, engga di dalam dan di luar pun sama nyamuk nya banyak buaangeet, atau coba di foging karna kita gapernah tau nyamuk DBD itu bersarang dimana yg di takutkan niat masyarakat datang buat berobat malah kena penyakit lain yg tidak di inginkan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak sy 2th 7bln postf covid dri jumat 11feb2022,lapor ke pskemas mlati 1 sesuai wilayah kami,,1x24 jam tdak ada respon drpskesmas,lnjut suami mendatangi pkesmas krn pd jumat malam kami sdah ke dkter SpA ktnya ttep hrus ke pskesmas mnta antivirusnya,laah permslhannya jangankan pemantauan dri pihak puskesmas,kita minta obat aja harus ngejar2 dr jumat dan senin baru dapat,tolong ini bgaimana pelayanan penanganan covid,sejauh mn sy hrus melaporkan
My son is 2 years 7 months postf covid from Friday 11feb2022, report to pskemas mlati 1 according to our area,, 1x24 hours no response from drpskesmas, my husband continued to visit Pkesmas because on Friday night we went to the SPA doctor, but still have to go to the health center to ask for the antivirus, let alone monitoring from the puskesmas, we just ask for medicine, we have to chase it from friday and monday we just get it, please how is the service handling covid, as far as i have to report

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang-orangnya nggak ada yang ramah sama sekali, kecuali tukang parkirnya. Padahal ini sektor pelayanan publik loh, kesehatan pula. Mereka kerja dengan ketemu orang-orang yang sakit, apa nggak bisa lebih ramah? Kalo kerja menghadap komputer/di balik layar mah gapapa nggak ramah. Semoga ini dibaca orang yang kerja di sana deh terutama yang bagian poli umum, biar seenggaknya mereka sadar kalo sikap mereka itu melukai pasien.
The people are not friendly at all, except the parking attendant. Even though this is a public service sector, health as well. They work by meeting sick people, can't they be more friendly? If you work facing the computer/behind the screen, it's okay not friendly. I hope the people who work there will read this, especially those in the general polyclinic, so that at least they will realize that their attitude is hurting the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersyukur bisa periksa kehamilan rutin disini. Alur pendaftaran beberapa kali berubah, tp ga masalah mungkin sdg mencari cara yg efektif supaya pasien aman dari penularan covid.
Poli KIA: Oke sekali, bidan2nya ramah dan komunikatif. Setiap periksa dibarengi dengan penjelasan, diberi kesempatan bertanya dan diskusi juga. Terima kasih bu bidan, sehat2 selalu.
Poligizi: Oke, tidak hanya mengecek status gizi, tapi jg memberi edukasi ke bumil do and dont selama masa kehamilan (dapat biskuit ibu hamil hihi)
Lab: Oke, sebelum diambil darah, petugas mengingatkan pasien untuk rileks, hasilnya pun cepat
Psikolog: Oke
Grateful to be able to check pregnancy regularly here. The registration flow has changed several times, but it doesn't matter, maybe we are looking for an effective way to keep patients safe from Covid transmission.
KIA Poli: Very well, the midwives were friendly and communicative. Each check is accompanied by an explanation, given the opportunity to ask questions and also discuss. Thank you midwife, stay healthy always.
Poligizi: OK, not only checking nutritional status, but also educating pregnant women on the dos and don'ts during pregnancy (getting pregnant women biscuits, hihi)
