Parah.....antrian 1jam lebih gk ada pemanggilan lebih lanjut...di tanya tnyt status rekam medis blm diantar ke poli KIA..ditanya alasan nya kurang tenaga...gmn ini...ibu hamil di suruh nunggu brp lama?

Semasa covid prokes banget kali ke 7 ke puskesmas minggir suana nyaman semua pada prokes sesuai anjuran pemerintah. Pelayanan seperti kemarin sopan dan ramah semoga semangat selalu kru puskesmas salam

Pelayanan kurang bagus, kurang memuaskan. Bbrp bulan yg lalu baru jam setengah 10 sidah tdk menerima pasien yg mau minta surat keterangan sehat, alasan karna sudah tutup utk pelayanan surket sehat.

Saran : perlu sekali memikirkan customer Realtionship management. Jangan heran ya kalo (sy ambil contoh ya) bumil (wajib periksa ke Puskesmas sekian kali), itu kok banyak yg pilih periksa rutin nya ke klinik. Bukan karena kompetensi bidan nya, tapi bisa karena customer experience nya yg dirasa kurang. Contoh : istri sy periksa pertama kehamilan kesini, udah antri lama, kan harus muter poli2, eh poli2 pada kosong, pada layat katanya. Helooo ini masih jam kerja mameeen. Masih ada pasien. Kasir juga kosong coba. Kiranya ini bisa dijadikan sebagai masukan. Yok bisa yok.

Pelayanan lama, nunggu antria lama, pdhal cuma sendiri tidak ada antrian yg lain.. Sedangkan dokter/bidan di ruangan cuman pada mainan hp, soalnya pintu di buka
