★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas ini sangat bersih dan rapih. Ruang tunggu luas, fasilitas toilet juga bersih dan terdapat toilet khusus untuk warga berkebutuhan khusus. Pelayanannya baik dan ramah. Administrasi rapih. Petugas juga ramah. Area parkir cukup untuk kendaraan. Terdapat sarana ambulan yg membantu kegiatan layanan puskesmas.
 This Puskesmas is very clean and tidy. The waiting room is spacious, toilet facilities are also clean and there are special toilets for residents with special needs. The service is good and friendly. Neat administration. The clerk was friendly too. Enough parking area for vehicles. There is an ambulance facility that helps the health center service activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya mengunjungi Puskesmas Sleman, khusus untuk mengurus perpanjangan SPP-IRT. Untuk prosesnya cukup singkat, hari ini kita melapor besok sudah ada kunjungan. Untuk layout Puskesmas sendiri, bagi saya terasa sedikit membingungkan. Pada dasarnya proses antrian cukup cepat, dengan catatan anda datang lebih pagi. Lalu lintas di sekitar Puskesmas sangat ramai, karena terletak di dekat pasar Sleman. Lebar jalan terlalu sempit untuk dilalui mobil. Sebaiknya anda gunakan sepeda atau motor untuk mencapai tempat ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baca2 ulasan di bawah ternyata banyak yang merasakan hal yang sama dengan saya. Beberapa hari yang lalu Sy ke poli KIA di puskesmas ini, dan pelayanan Bu bidan disana ternyata sangat teges, gak ramah bahkan kata-katanya cenderung menyinggung perasaan Sy. Menurut sy beliau juga bukan muda lagi alias pernah merasakan yang namanya hamil, tapi kenapa beliau itu tidak bisa menjaga perasaan orang lain yaitu ibu hamil yang sangat sensitif. Sy bnr2 down bgt setelah periksa disini, karena Bu bidan bukannya memotivasi tapi malah terkesan menakuti + menampakkan ketidak sukaan beliau kepada ibu hamil yang dihadapinya. Sy disuruh kembali lagi untuk ANC terpadu tapi saya tidak akan kembali lagi dan mau mencari puskesmas lain saja walaupun Sy tinggal di wilayah kecamatan Sleman. Karena sy sedih banget dan banyak pikiran sejak keluar dari poli KIA di puskesmas ini. Semoga ada perbaikan kedepannya.

In my opinion, he is also not young anymore, alias has never felt pregnant, but why can't he take care of other people's feelings, namely pregnant women who are very sensitive. I'm really down after checking here, because the midwife is not motivating but instead seems scary + showing her dislike for pregnant women she is dealing with. I was told to come back again for integrated ANC but I will not come back again and want to look for another puskesmas even though I live in the Sleman sub-district area. Because I am very sad and have a lot of thoughts since leaving the KIA poly at this puskesmas. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ga paham sih cara pelayanannya gimna.saya demam dan sudah ngantri lama lama eh ternyata yang lebih prioritasin yg mau swab sedangkan orang yg mau swab tu kan orang yang sehat kan ya. ruang swab dan periksa poli batuk jga jadi satu. sangat besar resiko untuk penyebaran virus tersebut. apa harus nunggu yang sakit mati dulu baru di prioritasin???

Saya rasa ketersediaan kursi pada pendaftaran awal saat pengambilan nomor urut masih kurang sehingga terkadang terpaksa berdiri cukup lama saat menunggu nomor dipanggil. Pelayanan oke, suhu ruangan di dalam cukup dingin meskipun situasi sedang ramai.
