★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan mengecewakan..antrian lama banget.. kerja mereka seperti nggak efektif.. cukup sekali saya kesini.. ga akan mau kesini lagi.. pdhl sy kesini cuma nyari surat kesehatan dan bayar tp pelayanannya ah sudahlah.. bikin kapok
 disappointing service.. the queues are really long.. their work seems ineffective.. I've been here once.. won't want to come here again.. but I'm here just looking for a medical certificate and paying for the service but oh well.. give up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya buruk super lama beda sama puskesmas lain kyak nya ngk lagi lagi deh kesini bisa pingsan nunggu nya ngk efektif banget harus diperbaiki lagi
The service is bad, super long, it's different from other health centers, it seems like it's no longer here, you can faint, waiting for it, it's really not effective, you have to fix it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Saya datang hari jumat, jam 9.10. Tapi katanya sudah tutup. Memang betul..hari jumat, ada Jumatan, tapi apakah semua staffnya laki laki. Kalau memang jam 9 sudah tutup, dibuat saja jadwalnya. Jam 9 tutup.
Lama lama oelayanan di ouskesmas kembali sepeeti dulu. Buruk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Staff tidak ramah. Datang jam 11 kurang sudah ditolak alasan karena pandemi tutup jam 11. Antrian subyektif berdasarkan kenalan/orang dalam. Padahal sangat butuh untuk membuat rujukan. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk faskes tingkat 1. Semoga ditindak oleh pemda atau dinas kesehatan setempat
Bad service. Staff not friendly. Arriving at 11 a.m. has been rejected, the reason is because the pandemic closes at 11. Subjective queues based on acquaintances/insiders. Though really need to make a referral. Not recommended for level 1 health facilities. Hopefully the local government or local health office will take action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pertama kali ke sini kecewa nya polpolan, ak kn gal tau oprasionalnya jm 7:30, nah saya brangkat sndiri dri rmh udah mh sakit bwa motor sndiri gak ada yg anter, aampe ksni ada si mas masnya tih saya tanya kok ttup, nah katanya buka jm 7:30 oh yaudahlah ya ak yg salah, cmn mqu balik lg jg kan ujan ya yaudah ak nunggu, 2jm ak nunggu lebih mlah jm 7: 47 aj blom di panggil2 udah mah daftar saya di salip ma orang ya yg jaga cuek aja bkanya sedikit respect gtu ya ada yy nunggu dei tdi sakit kasian,padahal cmn ada 2 pasien doang lo, AYOLAH DISIPLIN JANGAN MAU DUITNYA AJA KERJA TUH JAM OPRASIONAL 7:30 YA JAM 7 NYAMPE SINI PREPARE WAKTUNYA BUKA TINGGAL BUKA, INI MAH JM 7:30 MASIH DI JLAN SMBIL MAINAN HP DOKTER NYAMPE LIAT PASIEN BUKANYA CAKCEK TURUN DI URUSIN MLAH TINGGAL DLM MOBIL GAK TAU NGPAIN, HIS JA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daripada puskesmas lain lebih bail krn pelayanan vaksin anak dipisah dan lumayan cepat. Tapi untuk bidan2 sering ngerumpi atua kl ada kenalan/masalah akan ninggalin pasien yg pdhl udah di hadapannya. Cuma kurang tulis resep suntik DPT anak hrs ditinggal krn kepo masalah org lain. Lebih baik selesaikan pasien dlu secepatnya dan baru urus masalah pasien lain.
Compared to other health centers, it is better because the children's vaccine services are separated and quite fast. But for midwives, they often hang out or if there are acquaintances/problems they will leave patients who are already in front of them. It's just that you don't write a prescription for the DPT injection. The child has to be left behind because of other people's problems. It's better to finish the patient as soon as possible and then take care of other patient's problems.
