Bagi yg masih punya nurani perlu di ingat : gaji yg anda terima adalah dari pajak yg dibayar rakyat. Berikan pelayanan yg terbaik buat masyarakat setempat... Dgn menjadi ASN itu = mengabdi pd masyarakat. Bukan malah mempersulit apalagi merugikan. Semua akan pasti akan dihisab & menerima balasan.
For those who still have a conscience, remember: the salary you receive is from taxes paid by the people. Give the best service for the local community... By becoming an ASN = serving the community. Not even complicate or even detrimental. All will definitely be accounted for & receive a reply.

Pelayanan bagus ramah semua karyawannya , bolak balik berobat di layanin dengan dokter yg baik, vaksin di puskesmas cepat tidak antri good ??
Good service friendly all the employees, back and forth treatment is served by good doctors, vaccines at the puskesmas are fast, no queues are good ??

Pelayanannya bagus, stafnya sopan sopan .. tergantung pasiennya sih, kadanga bukan stafnya jga tapi pasiennya kdng suka gaasopan atau minta buru2 , ada juga yang bawelnya bener bener..
The service is good, the staff is polite and courteous.. It really depends on the patient, sometimes it's not the staff either, but the patients sometimes like to be rude or ask to be in a hurry, some are really fussy..

Admin IG, postingan feed likes nya GA BANYAK, berarti notif juga GA RAME, mau nanya ada vaksin lagi di kolom komentar dan DM GA PERNAH DIBALAS, ga pernah direspon. Kalo ada bintang minus seribu mau bgt gw kasih, cocook banget buat penilaian service mereka. Gw coba telp di DM IG, ga diangkat. Apa susahnya si bales? Gw wkt vaksin dosis 1 di sana, lihat isi puskes sepii, mereka gabut. Gw pikir rame di puskes, sampe bagian sosmed jg ga sempet bales respon org2 di IG, eh ternyata. Ga ngerti deh gw, tlong tingkatkan lagi servicenya PLEASE!!! Jangan jadikan ulasan negatif org2 di sini bikin kalian malah tambah ngasih service buruk. Mau nelp gatau kemana. Takutnya ada org butuh vaksin jauh2 ke sana eh sia2 doang krn udh gaada vaksin lagi.
IG admin, the feed posts don't have a lot of likes, it means that the notifications are also NOT RAME, want to ask if there is another vaccine in the comments column and DMs are NEVER REPLYED, never answered. If there is a minus a thousand stars, I really want to give it, it's really suitable for assessing their service. I tried to call on DM IG, no answer. What's so hard about the balles? I got the 1st dose of vaccine there, look at the contents of the health center, they are gaut. I thought it was busy at the health center, so the social media section didn't even respond to the responses of the people on IG, eh, it turns out. I don't understand, please improve the service again PLEASE!!! Don't make the negative reviews of people here make you even more giving bad service. Where do you want to call? I'm afraid that someone will need a vaccine all the way there, but it's a waste because there's no vaccine anymore.

Hari ini pertama kalinya buat kunjungan ke Puskesmas untuk urus rujukan menggunakan BPjS gratis dr pemerintah . Di pendaftaran aman aja sih, pas sampe ke ruang pemeriksaan umum, dan dokternya nanya keluhan ada part dimana yg org tua saya nggak denger, dan dokternya langsung meninggikan suara untuk menanyakan keluhan seolah2 org tua yg sedang memarahi anaknya dengan raut wajah kesal, menurut saya wajar sih orang lanjut usia sedikit kurang dengar dikarenakan berbicara menggunakan masker dan terhalang papan pembatas pada meja dokter juga. padahal bisa menggunakan cara bertanya dengan menunjuk anggota tubuh yg memiliki keluhan tidak perlu berteriak. jujur sebagai anak saya heran sangat kaget kok seorang tenaga kesehatan melayani dengan berteriak2 terlebih pada lansia, untung saya antar gimana kalo org tua saya kesana sendiri -_- gak habis pikir. Sampai2 ibu saya merasa sperti trauma dgn mengulang2 kata " dokternya kok galak bgt ya" dan ibu saya yg meminta maaf kpd dokter karna salah dengar yg ditanyaka dokter. Sejauh ini rujukan sudah saya dpt sih, namun pengalaman pertama yg tidak Mengenakkan yg bakalan trs diingat. Semoga kedepan nya lebih memperbaiki cara pelayanan terhadap pasien lansia dengan lebih bersabar dan lebih baik lagi . Karena sebagai tenaga kesehatan pun akan di minta pertanggung jawaban nya pada akhir nanti :)

It's safe at registration, when I get to the general examination room, and the doctor asks if there is a part where my parents don't hear, and the doctor immediately raises his voice to ask a complaint as if the parent is scolding his child with an annoyed look on his face, I think it's natural However, elderly people are a little less able to hear because they speak using masks and are blocked by the barrier board on the doctor's desk as well. even though you can use a questioning method by pointing at the body member who has a complaint, there is no need to shout. Honestly, as a child, I was very surprised how a health worker served by shouting, especially to the elderly, fortunately, I was able to deliver what if my parents went there alone -_- I couldn't understand it. To the point that my mother felt like she was traumatized by repeating the words "how come the doctor is so fierce huh" and it was my mother who apologized to the doctor because she misheard what the doctor asked. So far, I have gotten the reference, but the first experience was not Nice one that will be remembered. Hopefully in the future it will improve the way of service to elderly patients with more patience and even better. Because as a health worker, you will be held accountable at the end :)
