faskes 1 disini.. dokter umum, dr anak, dr gigi, sampai staf nya so far baik &ramah.. apalagi kl dh kenal .. waktu kmrnan pagi2 antigen disini &hasil nya positif sore nya lgsg d respon sama pihak puskes dg Hubungi wa saya untuk jadwal PCR ,, Terimakasih atas perhatiannya ke warga kaliabang tengah.. keinginan sy yg lain smg para Dr nya mau pegang pasien lagi saat periksa pasien.. salam sehat selalu buat semuanya
health facility 1 here.. general practitioner, pediatrician, dentist, staff so far so good & friendly.. especially if you know him.. this morning the antigen was here & the results were positive in the afternoon, the health center responded immediately by calling me for PCR schedule,, Thank you for your attention to the residents of Central Kaliabang.. My other wish is that the Drs want to hold the patient again when examining the patient.. healthy greetings to all of you

Istri saya KTP nya Kel.Kota Baru Bekasi Barat, karna dosis 1 (Pfizer) sudah habis di Puskes Kota Baru, maka istri saya coba mau vaksin di Puskes Kaliabangtengah Bekasi Utara yang masih tersedia (dekat dgn rmh orang tua), namun setelah kesana dan menyodorkan fotocopi KTP dan KK, petugas pendaftaran menolak nya dgn alasan, yg bisa Vaksin hanya yg KTP nya Kel.Kaliabangtengah saja, selain itu tidak bisa. Saya sudah coba menjelaskan alasan dan jg bahwa utk vaksin banyak yg sudah menerapkan global, artinya KTP manapun boleh mendapat Vaksin, karena ini adalah recomend dan program pemerintah. Pesan saya tolong petugas disana, kalo ada info dari Dinkes / Pemda atau update info tolong di baca, biar gak KuDet. Akhirnya istri saya mencoba di tempat RW yg mengadakan Vaksin juga di lingkungan Kaliabangtengah, ketika di tanya ke Petugasnya KTP mana saja boleh kalo masih Indonesia, gak lama nunggu kemudian langsung di suntik. Alhamdulillah, running smoothly without any issue.
My wife's KTP is Kel. Kota Baru, West Bekasi, because dose 1 (Pfizer) has run out at the Kota Baru Health Center, so my wife tries to get the vaccine at the Kaliabang Tengah Health Center, North Bekasi which is still available (close to the parents' house), but after going there and handed him a photocopy of his KTP and KK, the registration officer refused on the grounds that only those with an ID card from Kel. Kaliabang Tengah could get the vaccine, other than that he couldn't. I have tried to explain the reasons and also that many have implemented global vaccines, meaning that any ID card can get a vaccine, because this is a recommendation and a government program. My message is to help the officers there, if there is information from the Health Office / Local Government or updated information, please read it, so it won't be KuDet. In the end, my wife tried it at the RW that held vaccines in the Kaliabangtengah environment, when asked to the officer which ID card was allowed, if it was still Indonesian, it didn't take long and then it was immediately injected. Alhamdulillah, running smoothly without any issue.

Kesini nganter berobat suami karna sakit setelah vaksin az, kita domisili Cimahi & masih bisa diterima sih berobat disini. Tapi mbok ya cuma di cek aja ga dikasih obat, seenggaknya kasih Paracetamol kek apa kek ? ampun bgt nih puskes pelayanannya ko ya ga ada perubahan yg signifikan dari dulu
Come here to take my husband's treatment because he was sick after the az vaccine, we live in Cimahi & it's still acceptable to get treatment here. But ma'am, it's just a check, no medicine, at least give Paracetamol what kind of cake ? I'm so sorry, how come this health center has no significant changes from before

Pelayanan betul betul buruk, mau komplen mengenai data vaksin yang blm juga di infut sampe sekarang, Ketika komplen di layanin hanya hari jumat, hari jumat. Tak kunjung juga di infut… ga ramah

Tidak boleh berobat walaupun mau bayar umum, Katanya wajib bpjs sini,Peraturan dari mana ya seperti ini, malah di saranin ke klinik, pelayanan ga bagus, perly di TINDAK LANJUTI! Terimakasih, saya tunggu tanggapannya!

Puskesmas langganan karena faskes bpjs disini. 1.antrian masuk di depan cukup lambat dan kewalahan terutama di pagi sampai menjelang siang hari mungkin karena cuma 1 orang yg jaga. terkadang tidak jelas pasien yg dipanggil duluan mana karena tidak ada no antrian. 2.setelah masuk ke dalam cukup cepat proses nya hanya lama misal mau ke poli umum harus menunggu berkas kita dari bawah dulu diantar ke lt 2, dan barulah bisa masuk ke poli based on antrian mana yg berkas nya sudah lengkap. 3.dokter dan perawat so far cukup bagus cuma istri pernah mengeluh kalau cek ke poli gigi g pernah di periksa hanya dibuatkan surat rujukan ke faskes/rs lain aneh sekali padahal ada poli gigi nya. 4.untuk imunisasi anak kurang lengkap dulu sempat kehabisan polio tetes disini sehingga saya pindah bidan ke jakarta timur karena lebih lengkap untuk imunisasi anak, mohon diperbanyak stok imunisasi untuk anak nya. 5.parkiran motor cukup luas cukup sekian review nya kalau sudah ada perbaikan dan lainnya akan di update

After entering, the process is quite fast, the process only takes a long time, for example, if you want to go to the general poly, you have to wait for our files from downstairs to be delivered to the 2nd floor, and then you can enter the poly based on which queue the files are complete. 3. Doctors and nurses so far are quite good, only the wife has complained that when she checks at the dental clinic, she has never been checked, only a referral letter is made to other health facilities / hospitals, which is very strange even though there is a dental clinic. 4. For incomplete immunization of children, I used to run out of polio drops here so I moved the midwife to East Jakarta because it is more complete for immunization of children, please increase the stock of immunizations for their children. 5. Saya merasa kecewa saat pemeriksaan karena DOKTER TIDAK MENYENTUH cuma melihat padahal sudah pakai APD lengkap. Mengerti sih sedang pandemi tapi di fasilitas kesehatan lain saja DOKTERnya tidak begitu. Selain itu bila tidak ada solusi dari DOKTER paling tidak berikan SURAT REKOMENDASI atau SURAT KETERANGAN jangan cuma lewat omongan saja. Satu lagi tolong saat pemberian resep sebaiknya DOKTER menanyakan apakah pasien ada riwayat alergi obat. Masa prosedur begitu saja tidak tau? Menurut saya Puskesmas ini butuh LEADER yang lebih baik agar pelayanan ke masyarakat bisa lebih baik dan perlunya Audit kembali kelayakan Puskesmas ini. Tolong para Auditor bila sedang Audit tolong diperiksa dengan teliti bagian ”Pemeriksaan Umum” Untuk pelayanan lainnya seperti Registrasi dan Farmasi masih oke

I understand that it's a pandemic, but in other health facilities, the DOCTORS are not like that. In addition, if there is no solution from the DOCTOR, at least give a LETTER OF RECOMMENDATIONS or LETTER OF CERTIFICATE, not just through talk. One more thing, when giving a prescription, the DOCTOR should ask if the patient has a history of drug allergies. Do you not know the procedure period?
