★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali pertama saya dateng jam11 katanya sudah ditutup dateng lagi jam1an pas saya dateng jamset2 lewat katanya sudah gabisa udah tutup suruh dateng lagi pagi kan saya sakitnya sekarang kalo saya lagi sekarat suruh dateng lagi pagi mungkin nyawa saya sudah tidak tertolong!!!!! kenapa buruk banget pelayanannya heran padahal belom sore banget saya dateng kenpa udah ditutup dan itu pasien siang juga sedikit kaga banyak kaya pas pagi.saya sangat kecewa

The service is fast, this puskesmas has a Dental Polytron, a midwife to check for pregnancy and general illnesses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimasa pandemi berobat di Puskesmas hanya melalui WA 0812-1219-5244. Namun hanya menyebutkan gejala apa yg dirasakan pasien melalui chat WA, tanpa pemeriksaan langsung saya rasa kurang valid dalam penanganannya nanti. Sama saja seperti kita ke apotek hanya menyebutkan sakit apa, langsung dikasih obat yg disarankan.
During the pandemic, treatment at the Puskesmas is only via WA 0812-1219-5244. However, only mentioning what symptoms the patient feels via WA chat, without direct examination, I think it is not valid in handling later. It's the same as when we go to a pharmacy just to mention what kind of pain, we are immediately given the recommended medicine.
