First of all, utk dokter disini, terlebih lg dr. Musliati. Sepertinya ilmu dokternya udah jago sekali ya sampe meriksa saya aja cuma lewat tanya jawab, ukur tensi aja ngga. Udah saya bilang ini saya sakit udah lama banget masih aja disuruh minum obat aja dan istirahat. Tanpa penanganan lainnya.
Kedua, saya minta rujukan ke RS tp ga dikasih dan seakan meremehkan penyakit saya. Memang saya berobat kesini lewat bpjs, sehina itu kah pasien bpjs? Dikira potongan gaji saya selama ini buat apa, dok?
Nyuruh ke ugd rs aja langsung, dikira saya sebodoh itu? Ya saya telpon dululah bagian ugd rs apa bisa menangani pasien bpjs yg belum ada rujukannya. Jawabannya? Bahkan petugas ugd rs aja bingung kok faskes pertama seperti ini.
Saya mau menemui dokter lg, tp dokter malah ngelesnya yg lain lg. Kakak saya lewat telpon mau berbicara, dokter ga terima. Anda beneran dokter apa gimana? Kalau benar dokter, anda lupa sumpah anda?
Teruntuk puskesmas kelurahan pisangan timur 2. GA REKOMEN YAAAA LU BEROBAT KESINI CUMA NAMBAH PENYAKIT YG ADA
Mohon diperiksa lebih teliti lg prosedur disini seperti apa. Jangan2 ada permainan.

First of all, for the doctors here, especially dr. Musliati. Looks like the doctor's knowledge is already very good, so I just examined me by asking questions and not measuring blood pressure. I already said that I was sick for a long time and I was told to take medicine and rest. Without any other handling.
Second, I asked for a referral to the hospital but I didn't give it and it seemed to underestimate my illness. Indeed, I went for treatment here via BPJS, is the BPJS patient that humiliating? What do you think the deduction from my salary has been for, doc?
Just ask ugd rs directly, thought I was that stupid? Yes, I will call the UBD RS department first, can you handle BPJS patients who have not yet been referred. The answer? Even the ugd rs officers are confused how come the first health facility is like this.
I want to see another doctor, but the doctor has done another one. My brother by telephone wants to talk, the doctor doesn't accept it. Are you really a doctor? If it is true doctor, you forgot your oath?

Tolong perhatikan attitude security , jika berbicara atau memberikan arahan dengan sopan . Tidak semua yang datang k puskesmas tidak berpendidikan jadi saling menghargai itu sangatlah penting .

Just recently came here for the covid19 vaccine.. this morning there was no queue.. after checking the temperature and tension.. my husband got the vaccine right away

Kemarin nganter mama saya vaksin, nenek2 dah tua ditanya etiketnya mana yg diaplikasi...karna dulu vaksin 1-2 bukan saya yg anter, jadi saya gak bisa nunjukin etiketnya... Saya dah tunjukin sertifikat vaksin dan ktp, tetep aja gak mau layani... Begitu ya pelayanannya, saya juga nakes dan beberapa kali jaga vaksin... Gak begitu prosedur nya. Cukup dengan NIK data kluar kok di pcare vaksin. Karna ini puskes sesuai kelurahan domisili tempat tinggal... Ya saya kesana. Mohon koreksi kepala puskes untuk pelayanan stafnya... ?
