★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya gak bagus !! Belom ada jam 11 saya sudah ditolak !! Padahal cuma minta surat pengantar cek lab Hb !!! Kalian tuh dipuskesmas membantu masyarakat bukan malah menolak !! Beda kaya puskesmas lain2 yang masih bisa dilayani !! Ganti ajah tuh orang nya yang lebih punya hati nurani !!! Bener bener gak bagus banget ???
The service is not good !! Not yet 11 o'clock I was rejected !! Even though I only asked for a cover letter for the Hb lab check !!! You guys at the health center help the community, not even refuse !! It's different like other health centers that can still be served !! Change the person who has a more conscience !!! It's really not really good ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil test swab saya udah 3 hari gak keluar2, mentang2 gratis ya jadi lama, padahal saya butuh buat laporan kerja, saya udah coba datang ke puskesmasnya menanyakan hasil tapi jawaban dari pihak puskesmas kaya sinis gitu, padahal saya menanyakannya baik2, apa karena gratis ya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat pelayanan loket nya lebih teliti lg dalam berkerja jgn pada bercanda saja ngurus berkas" yg benar.layani pengunjung dengan benar.buat satpam nya.suruh samapta di Mako brimob.biar tau etika tutur cara bahasa yg benar.dan tau fungsinya dia itu apa.bukan ngurusin berkas pasien.tapi jaga parkir dan gedung.dokternya semua baik" ko yg bawahnya Kya ga sekolah ya.
Make the counter service more thorough at work, don't just joke about taking care of the right files. Serve visitors properly. Make the security guard. Send the Samapta at Mako Brimob. not taking care of patient files.
