Dokter nya datang terlalu lama. Pelayanan nya sangat buruk. Coba di pantau yaa bapaj pemerintah.

Pelayanan nya bagus, petugas kesehatan melayani dengan baik... tapi yang sangat disayangkan ruang tunggu nya kecil dan sempit... untuk selebihnya bagus...

Saya ingin berbagi cerita pengalaman saya ke puskesmas ini, mohon maaf ya sebelumnya, semua karyawan puskesmas ini saya yakin pasti orang berpendidikan.. tapi kenapa tidak ada tata kramah, sopan santun? Buat apa di setiap dinding puskesmas tertulis 5S & 5R ? Orang di situ ingin berobat, tolong lah lakukan dengan lemah lembut, apalagi notabene nya orang tua yg berobat . Sepertinya semua di pukul rata deh , bapak & ibu karyawan puskesmas yg terhormat tolong ya perbaiki ke ramah tamahan bapak & ibu .. agar semua yg berobat merasa nyaman dengan pelayanan yg diberikan bapak dan ibu... Terimakasih ?
I would like to share my experience with this puskesmas, sorry, before, all of the Puskesmas employees, I am sure, must be educated ... but why there is no lecture, no manners? Why on each wall of the puskesmas are written 5S & 5R? People there want to seek treatment, please do it gently, especially in fact the parents who seek treatment. It seems like everything is on average, dear ladies and gentlemen, please fix it to friendly people, so that all those who are treated feel comfortable with the services given by the ladies and gentlemen ... saya pernah di tanya kan takut di potong gaji nya ya minta surat keterangan berobat.apakah itu prosedural... sedangkan saya memang benar sakit dan berobat..jika berobat siang hari tidak bisa di berikan surat keterangan berobat atau ijin itu memang aturan atau kebijakan...? terima kasih mohon maaf tolong penjelasan . terima kasih

Datang ke poli gigi dpt dokter bahasanya kaya org ga berpendidikan ,,, masuk ruangan udh ky masuk kandang singa,,, gak ada ramah2nya sama pasien bentak-bentak begitu bener2 gak tau etika,,,, mentang2 qt berobat ksana pke BPJS ?? buat yg mau antar anak kdokter gigi mending jgn ksini daahhh cri yg lain aja.... Drpd nanti sakit hati

Paling parah dsni pelayanan tidak memuaskan (muka nya pada galak). Minta surat rujukan kalo belum parah(mau sekarat) ga bakal dapet. Padahal cek di puskesmas lain disuruh minta rujukan, karna harus sesuai domisili BPJS mau ga mau kesni. Tapi disni apa? Puskesmas pistim1 paling tidak profesional. Alesannya karna covid jadi ga bisa nerima di RS nanti, tapi bisa datang langsung ke RS biaya sendiri. (Dalam hati " Katanya covid tapi kalo datang bayar pake duit sendiri bisa? " ) terus covid jadi alesan gitu? Emang susah kalo udah pake BPJS untuk ngurus kesehatan, di anggep bukan manusia kali. Kejadian sebelumnya orang tua saya priksa dsni berkakali", ga pernah di kasih rujukan. Dan pas saat udah parah banget ternyata kanker stadium 3 baru dah di kasih rujukan. Di rumah sakit di bilang sudah terlambat mau ga mau di amputasi. Dari situ dah ga suka/kesel sama orang puskesmas pistim1. Memang harus biaya sendiri untuk mengurus sakit, BPJS tidak berfungsi kalau belum sekarat.. Kalo bisa bintang 0saya kasih untuk puskesmas pistim 1. Terima kasih atas pelayanan yang tidak memuaskan ya.
