★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas wanita entah perawat atau apoteker yang berada di ruangan pendaftaran dan apotek di lantai 2 ini jutek parah. Berawal dari ibu saya yang bertanya (sekedar meyakinkan dirinya) soal loket pertama pendaftaran vaksin dan dijawab dengan nada yang kurang ramah (agak sedikit ngegas dan menggerutu). Hal ini bukan karena ibu saya yang baper, tapi memang saya mendengar sendiri karena suaranya memang terdengar keluar.
Thank you, semoga mbak di dalam ruangan tersebut bisa lebih baik dalam menanggapi atau merespon para pasien lainnya.
 The female officer, whether it is a nurse or a pharmacist who is in the registration room and pharmacy on the 2nd floor, is badly jutek. Starting from my mother who asked (just to convince herself) about the first vaccine registration window and was answered in an unfriendly tone (a little bit harsh and grumpy). This is not because my mother is hungry, but I did hear it myself because her voice came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas Kelurahan Cipinang ini merupakan pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang dimiliki oleh kelurahan cipinang, kecamatan pulo gadung, jakarta timur. Puskesmas ini cukup bagus dan nyaman serta ada tempat parkir motornya juga meskipun tidak terlalu luas.
The Cipinang Urban Health Center is a community health center owned by the Cipinang sub-district, Pulo Gadung sub-district, East Jakarta. This puskesmas is quite good and comfortable and there is a motorcycle parking area too although it is not too large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimana ya caranya laporin bidan yg disini? Gk profesional udah gtu setiap cek kandungan si bidan slalu jawab kasar gtu . Jelek bgt pelayanannya. Sedangkan untuk dokter umum sm staff lain baik Dan professional bgt . Syg bgt nama puskesmas jd jelek krna manusia sombong satu itu . Samasekali tidak mencerminkan bidan lebih baik org gk sklh tp panya attitude ?
How do you report the midwife here? It's not professional, every time I check the contents, the midwife always answers rudely. Very bad service. As for general practitioners and other staff, they are very good and professional. It's a shame that the name of the puskesmas is ugly because of that one arrogant human. It doesn't reflect the midwife at all, it's better if the person doesn't go away but has an attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat puas banget dengan pelayanan KIA disini, bener bener di treat dengan baik sama dokternya, di kasih arahan yang bikin kita jadi gak bingung apalagi untuk ibu yang menyambut calon anak pertamanya dan gak bosen dengerin kita yang banyak nanya.

Very satisfied with the KIA services here, they are really treated well by the doctor, given directions that make us not confused, especially for mothers who welcome their first child-to-be and don't get tired of listening to us asking a lot of questions.
