★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat Buruk , saya datang jam 11 siang dengan TIDAK sangat sopan saya di marah2in , di bilang siang banget dan di haruskan buru-buru ,, anda dok kerja di gaji sampai sore kan , dan di tugaskan untuk melayani masyarakat , bukan Untuk BENTAK BENTAK ORANG SEENAK NYA , , jika memang sudah tidak terima untuk Kouta pasien harusnya bilang dengan baik , saya pasti pulang . Dan dokter harusnya menyarankan apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh untuk saran ,serta mau menjawab apa yang pasien tannyakan , ini mah malah jawab "di baca donk di pahami masa gak ngerti" ,, apa iya pantes ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak sekolah cuma minta surat keterangan sehat.malah disuruh swab bayar 10rb.di tempat lain gratis.hasilnya negatif,2 hari kemudian bilang positif aneh ! Anak jadi gagal ikut seleksi.padahal sebelumnya seleksi udah berjalan aman2 aja.di swab klinik lain hasil negatif..aneh puskesmas ini
Schoolchildren just ask for a health certificate. Instead, they are told to pay for a swab of 10 thousand. Elsewhere it's free. The result is negative, 2 days later, they say it's weird! Children fail to take part in the selection even though previously the selection was running safely. In another clinic swab the results were negative.. this puskesmas is strange

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JELEK SEKALI PELAYANAN PUSKESMAS MATRAMAN. TIDAK MENOLONG, bahkan ibu ibu yg jadi greater bukan memakai pakaian security bentak bentak dan sangat tidak tau pelayanan yg baik terhadap orang yg sedang sakit. Saya hanya meminta surat keterangan sakit, terus beliau bilang bahwa bisa untuk mendapatkan surat tersebut dan harus ke dokternya dan ambil antrian. Saya mau ambil antrian, ibu ibu ini bentak saya dan bilang tidak bisa. Tanpa saya menjelaskan Apapun sudah di potong dan dibentak bentak. JELEK BGT PELAYANANNYA. Mohon dirubah ya greater itu penting dan harus tau semua wawasan tentang ada apa saja yg ada di puskesmas, kasian yg sakit kan perlu diperhatikan. Terimakasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebetulnya udah bagus, cuman kenapa ambil darah, periksa dokternya dll dilakukan diluar outdoor? Apa karna pamdemik saja jd sementara diluar? Atau karna kapasitas pengunjung? soalnya ketika pemeriksaan dokter kadang tdk terdengar pertanyaan, instruksi dan arahan dokternya. Bicarapun harus agak teriak2, kan kalo lg sakit teriak itu harus keluarin banyak energi. Semoga semasa pandemik saja diluarnya, soalnya secara higienitas juga mungkin pemeriksaan diluar kurang bagus dan pemeriksaan dokterpun jd tidak maksimal. So far sih bintang 4.5 dulu, kalo sudah didalam aktivirasnya, sy tambahin jadi 5. Teruslah mengabdi pada masyarakat, karna kami memgandalkan perjuangan Anda semua.
Actually it's good, but why is taking blood, checking the doctor, etc. done outside? Is it because the pandemic is temporarily outside? Or because of the visitor capacity? because when the doctor's examination sometimes does not sound the doctor's questions, instructions and directions. Even if you speak, you have to shout a bit, right if you are sick, you have to spend a lot of energy. Hopefully during the pandemic it's just outside, because in terms of hygiene, maybe the outside examination is not good and the doctor's examination is not optimal. So far it's 4.5 stars first, if it's already in the activity, I'll add it to 5. Continue to serve the community, because we rely on all of your struggles.
