benar-benar dipersulit, gk mau ksh surat rujukan mana kis saya ditempatkan disana, mau gak mau bayar pribadi rs swasta. sdgkn mrk tau kis untuk masyarakat yg kurang mampu semoga petugas kesehatan dan dokternya pd panjang umur??

Pernah berobat ngantri lama, pas masuk ga tau nya dokter nya lagi pada ngobrol sambil makan, heran sih ga pernah ada perubahan buat puskes ini dari dulu, kalah jauhhh sama puskes yg lain, pintu masuk nya dimana, masuk nya lewat mana, lucu aja

Puskesmas paling parah yg ada di bekasi , apa lagi buat penanganan covid , mereka cuma butuh data, pasiennya gak di pikirin sama sekali . Mau minta data jg gak ada sopan santun , galak , gak punya adab , apa mengayomi masyarakat dari mana , terutama ketua gugus covidnya tolong bisa di ganti .

Dari awal berobat ke sini dokter sudah bilang klo sy harus di rujuk ke rumah sakit karna kondisi yg lumayan parah. Trus karna BPJS sy Jakarta ngga jdi di rujuk. Di rumah sy cari info TLP call center BPJS dan ternyata untuk BPJS yg bukan Bekasi bisa minta rujukan maximal hanya 3x kunjungan ke rumah sakit . Berdasarkan info yg sy dapat dari call center BPJS sy datang lgi ke puskesmas ini untuk menanyakan kebenarannya ke bagian BPJS di puskesmas ini. Dan petugas BPJS nya bilang bisa sampe 3x. tapi ko petugas di bagian pendaftaran lngsung ikut ngomong dan bilang hanya bisa 1x . Klo 3x nnti di omelin (ngga tau di omelin siapa) pdahal dari awal ngga nanya ke dia. Lalu Sy lnjut minta surat rujukan ke RS. Di dokternya pun ( dokternya masih muda mungkin junior dan ngomongnya sedikit ngegas saat itu ) ada sedikit perdebatan. Dokternya Bilang ngga bisa krna BPJS sy Jakarta. Sy bilang bisa. Dokter itu nanya tau dari mana. Lalu saya bilang tau dari call center BPJS dan petugas BPJS di depan. Lalu dokter muda tersebut memanggil dokter yg lebih senior dan dokter yg senior itu bilang bisa tanpa ada pertanyaan. Yg saya sayangkan adalah klo emang dokter itu tau bisa knp ngga dari awal bilang bisa dan sy di rujuk ke rumah sakit karna dokter yg senior itu ada saat kunjungan pertama saya ke puskesmas ini. Dan klopun dokter tsb ngga tau mungkin bisa tanya ke bagian BPJS nya yg lebih faham . Sy orang yg paling males ribet. Tpi krna kondisi ekonomi ngga bagus krna pandemi sy coba gunakan BPJS . Dan klo pun kondisi sy untuk bergerak nyaman dan ngga sakit sy pasti lebih milih berobat sesuai faskes BPJS saya di Jakarta. Tpi krna kondisi sy untuk bergerak ngga nyaman dan sakit sy memilih berobat yg deket Coba petugas di sini jangan simpang siur dan beda beda menyampaikan info nya. Coba siapapun itu. Kerja lebih amanah. Krna pekerjaan kalian itu mulia Ngga ada orang yg mau sakit. Layani mereka dengan hati dan ikhlas biar berkah

Based on the information I got from the BPJS call center, I came again to this puskesmas to ask the truth to the BPJS section at this puskesmas. And the BPJS officer said it could be up to 3 times. but how come the clerk at the registration section immediately spoke and said it could only be 1x. If you get scolded 3 times later (don't know who it's scolded by) even though from the start I didn't ask him. Then I continued to ask for a referral letter to the hospital. Even at the doctor (the doctor was still young, maybe a junior and spoke a little loudly at the time) there was a little debate. The doctor said he couldn't because BPJS is Jakarta. I said I could. The doctor asked where he had come from. Then I said I knew from the BPJS call center and the BPJS officer in front. Then the young doctor called a more senior doctor and the senior doctor said he could without any questions. What I regret is that if the doctor knew he could, why didn't he say he could and I was referred to the hospital because the senior doctor was there during my first visit to this puskesmas. And even if the doctor doesn't know, maybe he can ask the BPJS section who understands it better. I'm the most lazy person. But because the economic conditions are not good because of the pandemic, I'll try to use BPJS. And even if my condition is comfortable and doesn't hurt, I'll definitely prefer treatment according to my BPJS health facility in Jakarta. But because my condition to move is uncomfortable and sick, I choose the closest treatment Try the officers here, don't get confused and give different information. Try whoever it is. Pegawainya kebanyakan main hp, termasuk salah satu dokternya. Lahan parkirnya sangat minim dan tidak teratur. Pelayanan yang baik hanya di Laboratorium, Ruang KIA dan KB. Fasilitasnya sangat kurang terawat, contohnya kursi tunggu saja sampai berkarat. Tata ruangnya pun kurang rapi, ruang sterilisasi dan persalinan ada di pojok bangunan dan seperti kurang terawat
