 VERY AWESOME!!!!!!!! WAIT FROM 7, THE NEW LAB OFFICER COME AT 9 PM. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THE PATIENT IS CONFUSED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy kesini sekitar 3 minggu yg lalu. Pas datang lumayan ramai. Lokasinya persis di samping SMPN 16 bekasi. Waktu itu kesini kebetulan penting, mau swab karena kebetulan kontak erat dengan pasien covid. Salahnya sy gak ada janji dg pihak puskesmas wkwkwk. Hasilnya pihak puskesmas bingung karena nama sy gak ada di list orang yg ada janji utk swab. Tapi sy tetap dilayani utk swab setelah pertimbangan pihak puskesmas. Gratis tis tis dan alhamdulillah hasilnya keluar malam itu jg bhw sy negatif.
Jadi bwt yg kontak erat kyk saya waktu itu dan domisilinya (sepanjang jaya) dilayani oleh puskesmas ini jgn ragu utk minta swab disini. Prosesnya cepet kok dan di awal akan ditanya2 utk ngecek apa benar kontak erat atau tidak.
I came here about 3 weeks ago. When it arrived it was quite busy. The location is right next to SMPN 16 Bekasi. At that time, it happened to be important, I wanted a swab because I happened to be in close contact with a Covid patient. The fault is there is no appointment with the puskesmas hahaha. The result was that the puskesmas was confused because my name was not on the list of people who had an appointment for a swab. But I still served for swab after consideration of the health center. Free tissue and thank God the results came out that night too, I'm negative.
So for those who were in close contact, like me at that time and whose domicile (as long as it was victorious) was served by this puskesmas, don't hesitate to ask for a swab here. The process is fast and at the beginning you will be asked to check whether or not it is a close contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan, tidak efisien dan menggampangkan urusan orang yg punya kesibukan lain.
Pelayanannya sangattt mengecewakan! saya catin harus bolak balik 3x hanya karena katanya lab penuh padahal saya urutan pertama, lalu datang lagi hasil tidak bisa karna printer rusak saya disuruh datang lagi saya tolak dan mina untuk dijadikan pdf punnn hasilnya buram tidak terbaca (note untuk nakes: bidan Irma)
Disappointing, inefficient and simplify the affairs of people who have other activities.
The service is very disappointing! I painted it back and forth 3 times only because it said the lab was full even though I was in first order, then the results came again, I couldn't because the printer was broken I was told to come again I refused and mina turned it into a pdf, the result was blurry and unreadable (note for health workers: midwife Irma)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 07.00 mau imunisasi pra nikah, trus disuruh cek lab dulu. Petugas lab nya belom ada sampe jam 09.00 lebih ?♂️?♂️?♂️
Came at 07.00 want pre-wedding immunization, then told to check the lab first. The lab staff wasn't there until 09.00 a.m. ️?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pekerja di puskesmas ini pada berpendidikan ga sih? kerja disitu pada nyogok berapa? daripada buat nyogok mending buat mempelajari ETIKA DAN SOPAN SANTUN! masa kalah sama bocah SD, MALU.
Are the workers at this health center educated or not? how much do you work there for? instead of paying bribes, it's better to learn ETHICS AND COMPETENCE! time to lose to elementary school kids, SHAME.
