Kalo kasih informasi yang bener lah dan pasti. Mana sikap profesionalisme sma integritas sebagai pelayanan publik. Di media start jam 8 sampe jam 5 sore. Saya datang jam 4 sore udh sepi udh gada pelayanan lagi. Kalo kaya gitu lebih baik diubah deh informasi publiknya. Sampe2 disuruh dateng besok pagi jam 8 dengan alasan besok bisa dilayani dari jam 8-jam 10 (info dari ibu admin sma penjaga yg masih stay) karna ada swab2 gitu, so far ga masalah. Hari ini sya dateng jam set 8 datang lebih awal dngn hrepan bisa lebih cepet karna kerja masuk jam 8 smpe2 ijin telat kerja. Gatau pas saya dateng "first impressionnya udh beda banget sama penjaga yang kmaren bilang dan minta comfirm kedalem gatau kesiapa ngasih tau hari ini gabisa mas lagi ada swab" kacau gatuh. Kalo gitu knapa gabilang dari kmaren, so saya ga perlu dateng dan ijin telat kerja. Kalo kaya gini kan dirugiin gitu loh. Gitu sih, tapi gpp saya sudh nemuin puskesmas lain yg emg pelayananny lebih baik dari puskesmas domisili sendiri. Thx for your contribute

I came at 4 pm it was quiet and there was no service anymore. If that's the case, it's better to change the public information. You were told to come tomorrow morning at 8 with the excuse that tomorrow you can be served from 8-10 (info from the admin mother and the guards who are still staying) because there are swabs like that, so far no problem. Today, I came at set 8, arrived early with the hope that it could be faster because work came in at 8 until I was late for work. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I don't know when I arrived, "The first impression is very different from the guard who yesterday said and asked for confirmation inside, I don't know who to tell you today, but there's no swab anymore." It's a mess. If that's the case, why didn't you tell me from yesterday, so I don't have to come and get permission to be late for work. If it's like this, it's a loss. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat kurang baik, dokter tidak Ramah tidak menanyakan secara detail, ampir semua petugas puskesmas ini suka ketus bicaranya.
The service is not very good, the doctor is not friendly, doesn't ask in detail, almost all of the puskesmas officers like to talk curtly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter dan bidan2nya baik, cara penjelasannya juga tepat. Pendaftaran ramah, Org rujukannya juga sabar, cuma org apoteknya kurang ramah ngomelin sesama pegawai didepan pasien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itu bidan yg dilantai atas ketus banget , saya diresepin obat saya buang aja kertasnya gak saya ambil obatnya dan gak bilang makasih ngapain amat ! keburu sakit hati.!! Apalagi satpam yg didepan anak saya pernah di paksa ditempelin stiker ijo dibentak sampai kejer nangis. Kurang pikiran x anak kecil digituin ! gak lagi saya kesini. !!!!
It was the midwife on the top floor who was very curt, I was prescribed medicine, I just threw the paper away, I didn't take the medicine and didn't say thank you so much! really hurt.!! Moreover, the security guard in front of my child was forced to put a green sticker on him and shouted until he started crying. Lack of mind x small children digituin ! I'm not here anymore. !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem antrian masih sangat jadul karna menggunakan loket antrian jadi lebih lama,beda dengan puskesmas jati asih yg sudah menggunakan kertas seperti struk parkir..lebih cepet jadinya
The queuing system is still very old school because it uses the counter, the queue is longer, different from the Jatiasih Health Center which already uses paper such as parking receipts.. it will be faster
