Belum sempat ke sana. Coba nelpon minta keterangan. Tp gak bisa nyambung. Katanya telpon rusak atau tidak ada jaringan. So wajar lah klo walikota nya di prodeo. Sumberdaya dana publik dikorupp habis habisan. Hopeless

Keluarga sy mo periksa ( pake umum ) di sini di tolak.... krna faskes bpjs tdk sesuai. Ini sy mo periksa pake umum bkn pake bpjs... sdh di jelasin panjang Γ— lebar tetep aja gak di layanin.

Pelayanan nya kurang bagus,, pas diloket semua petugas nya pada judes, kurang ramah,, udh ngantri lama", dioper sini, oper sono,, pokonya kurang bagus pelayanan nya,, tolongg segera di perbaiki petugas" nya, kita dteng kesini buat berobat,,,

Pelayanan di poli gigi ga banget minus bgttttt, apalagi diloket depan bagian bpjs sm cowo yg gendut minta rujukan kek minta pungli

Ga berharap banyak sama pelayanan puskesmas. Kalau ga nanya ya ga bakal dikasih tau. Sistem antrian kacau, banyak yang sering serobot antrian tapi petugasnya diem aja. Yaudah namanya juga pelayanan publik punya negara? Sering2 nanya aja sama orang sekitar. Saya mau vaksin dan gatau kalo gedung utk vaksin berbeda sama gedung berobat. Ga ada papan informasi yang tersedia. Setelah ketemu tempat vaksinnya, dilayani oleh petugas yang acuh tak acuh. Dilayanin seadanya dan ketika nanya dijawab seadanya. Ya namanya juga akamsi kali ya. Udah antri, diserobot 3 orang dan petugasnya diem aja. Saya protes kenapa dia nyerobot katanya itu perasaan saya aja dan si petugas malah bilang buru-buru amat mbak mau kemana. Itu pukul 9 yg mana saya harus segera berangkat kerja. Bener-bener annoying sih. Untung butuh dan ya ga bisa mengharapkan pelayanan puskesmas sebagus swasta sih, mungkin perlu pelatihan customer service kali ya biar ga seenaknya kalo ngomong?

Friendly staffs and clean environment. A small Park is available in the back and waiting room with capacity of 20 people in the main building. A fairly fast WiFi is also available to be used. Overall, this place is recommended to those who wish to check their health condition.
