Petugas diloket pengambilan no. Antrian ngeselin, ngga ada ramah ramahnya ! Udh ketiga kali kecewa sama puskesmas Jatiasih !!!!! mau imunisasi anak Krn libur ku pas dihari Jum'at eh petugasnya bilang jadwal imunisasi hanya hari Rabu yg biasanya hari Rabu Jum'at Kecewa banget !!!!!!
Officer at the pick-up counter no. The queue is annoying, there are no friendly people! It's been the third time I've been disappointed with the Jatiasih Health Center!!!!! I want to immunize my child because my holiday is on Friday, the staff said that the immunization schedule is only Wednesday, which is usually Wednesday and Friday Very disappointed !!!!!!

Puji Tuhan pas saya dtg kesana utk ngurus sertifikat vaksin, saya dilayani dgn baik sekali sama petugasnya.. terima kasih buat petugasnya yg baik dan ramah..
Praise God when I came there to take care of the vaccine certificate, I was served very well by the officers.. thank you for the kind and friendly staff..

Sulitnya minta surat rujukan dengan jawaban kasus yg sedang saya alami ga bisa dicover bpjs. Padahal saya sudah riset sebelumnya ke 3 dokter umum (bayar mandiri) dan searching juga yg mengharuskan dioperasi dan bisa dicover bpjs. Kenapa sesampainya saya dihadapkan dokter puskesmas malah dibilang ga bisa dicover? Petugas yg lainnya pun ga jutek, judes, etikanya lebih bagus tukang parkir yg di depan. Permasalahannya di mana? Dari 2012 lalu saya menginjakan kaki di puskesmas hingga saat ini ga ada perubahan dalam pelayanannya
The difficulty in asking for a referral letter with the answer to the case I'm experiencing cannot be covered by BPJS. Even though I have previously researched to 3 general practitioners (pay independently) and also searched which required surgery and could be covered by BPJS. Why was it that when I was confronted by the doctor at the puskesmas, it was said that it couldn't be covered? The other officers are also not rude, bitchy, the ethics are better for the parking attendant in front. Where's the problem? Since 2012 I have stepped foot in the puskesmas until now there has been no change in the service

Saya pakai surat rujukan dari klinik untuk melakukan cak lab. Tgl 4/01/2022 dan dijanjikan hasilnya tgl 7/01/2022. Tapi ketika saya mau ambil hasilnya ternyata dahak bapak saya blm di cek dengan alasan yg bekerja waktu itu sudah resign. Sangat di sayangkan pelayanannya berarti tidak profesional Seharusnya kalau yg bersangkutan resign pekerjaan di serah terima ke yg lainnya Kenapa di lepas seperti itu seakan tidak penting Bapak saya sudah lansia dan paru" nya sering sesak maka hasil lab itu sangat di perlukan untuk tindakan pengobatan selanjutnya bgmn. Kalau orang itu resign berarti brp orang pasien yg di hari tersebut tidak di cek labnya

Warga asli (KTP Jatiasih) karena faskes 1 bukan di sini, tapi ikut kantor suami dikasih informasi sama petugas input loket data ga jelas : 1. Boleh vaksin anak dihitung berobat dilayani sebagai pasien tamu(maksimal 3x) setelah 3x kunjungan baik berobat atau vaksin tidak dilayani. (Loket 4) 2. Vaksin anak boleh selalu disini. (Loket 3) Informasi yang benar gimana? Di spanduk jelas terpampang vaksin anak jadwalnya setiap Rabu & Jumat tapi setiap Rabu datang di tolak alasan cuma ada setiap Jumat. Hapus tuh tulisan di spanduk. Mantri tukang suntik vaksin juga ga ramah, seperti ada diskriminasi buat warga yang faskes 1 nya bukan di Puskes Jatiasih kemudian mau vaksin. Vaksin itu program pemerintah, harusnya pihak puskes bisa mendukung dengan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana yang baik juga SDM yang informatif. Gimana warga mau di vaksin kalau pusat kesehatan masyarakatnya aja modelan begini?

On the banner, it is clear that the children's vaccine schedule is every Wednesday & Friday, but every Wednesday it is rejected because it is only available every Friday. Delete the writing on the banner. The mantri injecting vaccines is also not friendly, such as discrimination for residents whose health facility 1 is not at the Jatiasih Health Center and then wants to get vaccinated. Vaccination is a government program, the health center should be able to support it by facilitating good facilities and infrastructure as well as informative human resources. How do people want to be vaccinated if the community health center is just like this?

Phone number cannot be called as it was out of service. We were told to come earlier next time by the registration personnel as we arrived late due to the heavy traffic..well, it's a medical issue who would have known that we need a medical assistance at certain time?? By the time we were pleased to see the dentist, then the dentist said to come back tomorrow, as they were sterilizing their medical equipments at that time. Basically, we were just wasting time there. Are they sterilizing before the closing time and still accepting a patient?? Hope it would be better next time.
