Harus ditindaklanjuti di Alamat Domisili pasien tinggal.
Bagian Informasinya cukup ramah dan jelas.
Ruangannya cukup bersih juga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk penerima pendaftaranya bagus, tapi ketika saya ingin lepas KB implan. Orang2 seperti malas untuk melayani. Saya kapok dengan pelayanan pukesmas, enggak lagi deh!!!

DPT 2.. petugas minta KTP + kartu bpjs.. sdh saya kasih ... dia bilang saya dsuruh balik ke klinik asyifa krna PPk1 nya dsana ... mas liat2 dong saya bawa bayi ... bukan nya ini program pemerintah 9 imunisasi dasar ya ... mudah2an anda tidak bernasib seperti saya ... jadi mikir gimana nasib org2 miskin yang anda tolak ... hamil pula ... tolong dong kalian kan d bayar sama masyarakat .. jangan begtu ... lebih peduli lagi... buat orang yang udah nolak saya hari ini... mudah2an anda sehat selalu bro ... seumur2 baru kali ini ksana dan inshaAllah terakhir jg kaki saya kesana ...
