Terimakasih saya ucapkan terkhusus kepada Bapak Kepala Sekolah ketika itu yaitu (Alm.) Bapak Samiran dan juga kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru maupun karyawan SD Muhammadiyah Sleman yg telah membimbing dan membantu saya selama 6 tahun. Tidak lupa juga kepada teman-teman yg saya sayangi, senang rasanya menjalin pertemanan selama 6 tahun itu dan tak sedikit kenangan suka ataupun duka di sana, semoga tetap saling menjaga silaturahmi satu sama lain insya Allah...
Alhamdulillah, I am proud to be the 2nd generation of Muhammadiyah Sleman Elementary School Alumni. And my sister can also continue there too until graduating in 2016 yesterday. Thank you especially to the Principal at that time, namely (the late) Mr. Samiran and also to Mr. / Mrs. Teachers and employees of SD Muhammadiyah Sleman who have guided and helped me for 6 years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara akademis selalu peringkat 10 besar SD/MI Negeri/Swasta se DIY. Tahun 2017/2018 menduduki peringkat 5. Lulusan sekolah minimal memiliki hafalan 1 juz bahkan banyak juga yang sudah 2 jalan 3 Juz. Secara minat dan bakat siswa terasah oleh 20 macam ekstra..Pembiasaan sholat Dhuhur berjama'ah dan sholat Dhuha juga telah ditanamkan semenjak siswa memasuki sekolah ini.

Prestasinya membanggakan,baik di bidang akademis maupun ekstrakurikuler.
Letak sekolah di dalam kampung,
Namun situasi nyaman tenang dan segar terasa jika di lingkungan sekolah.Maka tidak mengherankan banya orang sangat senang menyekolahkan putra putrinya disini.
Termasuk fuldayschool, sehingga misalnya orang tua kerja, pagi bisa berangkat bersama dan nanti pulang kerja bisa sambil jemput
Tidak ada kantin di sin karena Snack dan makan siang dikelola oleh management sekolah.Sekolah yg memesan Snack dan makan siang ke pihak luar, tidak usah repot mengelola kantin.Tinggal order atau menyodorkan daftar Snack,atau daftar menu sehat untuk makan siang.
Guru guru terlihat masih muda muda, tentunya semangat membara, ada team khusus untuk les mapel, ada team untuk olimpiade atau lomba, jadi tidak mengherankan jika Sekolah Dasar Muhamadiyah sering memborong kejuaraan misalnya Musabakoh Tilawatil Quran, Olimpiade Science, Olimpiade Seni dan Olahraga dan masih banyak event kejuaraan yang diikutinya.
