★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanitasi Petugas Swab dipertanyakan. Anda bekerja sesuai prosedur, kah? Saya perhatikan tidak pernah menggunakan alkohol atau handsanitizer, ketika menangani pergantian peserta Swab. Amankah begitu? Kontaminasi bisa terjadi karena kalian Petugas Swab. Petugas Swab juga ada yang kasar dalam pengambilan spesimen, terlalu dalam dan diputer berkali-kali. Setelah, diswab hasil non reaktif, tapi karena pengambilan spesimen yang terlalu dalam membuat sakit kepala searah hidung dimasukkan cotton bud.
Di tgl 22 Juni, ada pasien Reaktif, tapi tdk disosialisasikan ttg Do & Dont yang benar. Bahkan, disuruh pulang gtu aja sambil nunggu PCR.
Bukan sekali ini, tetapi pengalaman 2 orang tetangga saya, jg diperlakukan tidak sesuai SOP pihak Puskesmas. Petugas dalam menangani atau mentracking sdkt kurang gesit, entah karena kekurangan petugas.
Oia, pengalaman PCR ayah saya, kok spesimen yang diambil hanya melalui Nasofaring. Pengalaman PCR yg saya dapatkan di RS spesimen yang diambil melalui Nasofaring (Hidung) dan Orofaring (Tenggorokan). Sebaiknya jg hasil PCR disertai CT Value.
Swab officer sanitation is questionable. You are working according to procedure, right? I noticed that I never used alcohol or hand sanitizer, when handling the change of Swab participants. Is that safe? Contamination can happen because you are Swab Officers. Swab officers are also rude in taking specimens, too deep and played many times. After that, the swab was non-reactive, but because the specimen was taken too deep to make the headache go in the direction of the nose, a cotton swab was inserted.
On June 22nd, there was a Reactive patient, but they were not informed about the correct Do & Don'ts. In fact, I was told to just go home while waiting for the PCR.
Not once, but the experience of 2 of my neighbors, was also treated not according to the SOP of the Puskesmas. Officers in handling or tracking are less agile, either because of a shortage of officers.
Oh, my father's PCR experience, how come the specimens are taken only through the nasopharynx. The PCR experience that I got in the hospital was specimens taken through the Nasopharyngeal (Nose) and Oropharynx (Throat). It is also recommended that the PCR results be accompanied by a CT value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaksin nya cepet banget. Sertifikat keluar ngga sampe 12 jam. Gokil sih. Gercep para petugasnya. Antriannya ngga terlalu ramai. Ngga kaya puskesmas sebelah yang antri vaksin dari jam 5 pagi.
The vaccine is really fast. Certificates come out in less than 12 hours. It's crazy. Hurry up the officers. The queue is not too crowded. It's not like the puskesmas next door that queues for vaccines from 5 in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulilah terbantu sekali dengan pelayanan puskesmas karang kitri.
1. Saat orang tua saya positif covid sehari setelah hasil swab reaktif besoknya petugas puskesmas langsung dtg kerumah orang tua saya untuk pcr dan selama isoman bbrp kali petugas puskesmas berkunjung untuk memantau orang tua saya dan semua nya alhamdulillah gratis.
2. Saat sertifikat vaksin suami saya tidak keluar di applikasi saya langsung DM puskesmas karang kitri melalui instagram dan selang 3 hari setelah di proses ulang alhamdulillah sekarang sertifikat vaksin suami saya sudah lengkap jadi bisa vaksin booster . Terima kasih untuk semua pelayanan yang sudah diberikan kepada kami semoga seterusnya pelayanannya semakin bagus lagi dan cepat tanggap nya mohon dipertahankan ya.

1. When my parents tested positive for covid the day after the reactive swab results, the next day the puskesmas officers immediately came to my parents' house for PCR and during isoman several times the puskesmas officers visited to monitor my parents and thank God it was free.
2. When my husband's vaccine certificate didn't come out in the application, I immediately DMed the Karang Kitri Health Center via Instagram and 3 days after it was reprocessed, thank God, now my husband's vaccine certificate is complete so he can get a booster vaccine. Thank you for all the services that have been given to us, hopefully in the future the service will be even better and respond quickly, please maintain it.
