★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sungguh sangat buruk di puskesmas ini, bidannya jutek” klo ngomong mulutnya kaya ga pernah sekolah, harusnya pelayanan publik tuh ramah bukannya bad attitude, gak lagi deh cek” disini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah vaksin dr bln Oktober sampai bulan Januari sertifikat blm muncul di peduli lindungi. Saya ksitu lagi malah disuruh ke polsek bantar gebang. Penginputan datanya sangat lamban. Anak magang nggk pake masker.
It's been vaccinated from October to January, the certificate hasn't appeared in the care to protect. I was then told to go to the Bantar Gebang police station. Data entry is very slow. Interns don't wear masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanannya buruk sekali, ini dari pengalaman saya pribadi waktu ke berobat ke puskesmas ini.
Waktu sakit gigi saya kesana lalu antrian lumayan banyak(wajar) tapi setelah di suru masuk ke ruang dokter giginya, saya liat ada 3staff (ibu2) yang 2 lagi pegang hp di meja dan yang 1 lagi suru saya tiduran di tempatnya dengan tangan kanan beliau memegang pen kaca dan tangan kirinya memegang hp juga.
Lalu dia cuma liat gigi saya yang berlubang pake pen kaca itu lalu, suru saya duduk lagi dan tidak ada penanganan apapun.
Menurut saya keterlaluan sih, lalu saya bilang sudah dok? Ibu2 yang duduk di meja menjawab nanti saya kasih obat untuk cabut gigi iya, 3 hari lagi dateng ke sini. Dan saya bilang lagi, ini tidak ada obat pereda sakit giginya dok? Lalu dia jawab ga sakit kan gigi yang berlubangnya? Saya jawab, lah saya kan dateng ke sini karena gigi saya sakit dok, kok malah ga dikasih obat sakit giginya.
Dokter yang menangani saya juga bilang di sini tidak bisa nambal gigi, kamu coba ke rumahsakit aja untuk nambalnya giginya.
Jujur menurut saya ini pelayanan buruk banget, ko bisa iya mereka melayani orang sambil maen hp dan penangannya pun cuma di liat pake pen kaca itu aja.

When I got a toothache, I went there and the queue was quite large (normal) but after being asked to enter the dentist's room, I saw that there were 3 staff (mother2), 2 were holding the cellphone on the table and the other 1 telling me to lie down in her place with her right hand holding it. glass pen and his left hand holds the cellphone as well.
Then he just looked at my teeth with cavities using the glass pen and then asked me to sit down again and there was no treatment whatsoever.
I thought it was outrageous, so I said, doc? The ladies sitting at the table answered that later I would give you medicine to extract the teeth. Yes, I will come here in 3 days. And I say again, there's no medicine to relieve toothache, doc? Then he said that it doesn't hurt to have a tooth with a cavity, right? I answered, I came here because my tooth hurts, Doc, why didn't I even give him medicine for his toothache.
The doctor who treated me also said that you can't patch your teeth here, you should try going to the hospital to have your teeth filled.
Honestly, in my opinion, this is really bad service, how can they serve people while playing on their cellphones and the handlers are only seen using the glass pen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah lumayan lama & beberapa kali ke sini. Termasuk ponakan juga ada yang pernah lahiran di sini.
Untuk pelayanan layaknya fasilitas pelayanan pemerintah, ada yang ramah tapi ada juga yang judes.
Sekarang tempatnya jauh lebih rapi & modern, gerbang masuknya juga ganti posisi. Untuk pengendara motor kalau sekarang kayaknya lebih baik parkirnya masuk terus ke dalam sampe mentok di area bermain, biar lebih deket ke loket pendaftaran.
Been quite a while & been here a few times. Including nephews, there are also those who were born here.
For services like government service facilities, some are friendly but some are bitchy.
Now the place is much neater & modern, the entrance gate has also changed positions. For motorcyclists, it's better to park right now until you get stuck in the play area, so it's closer to the registration counter.
