★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to do wedding reception on ppkm level 3, so my guest will bring the food home (hampers). Everything was ok until I eat the hampers after my party,
- rice not well cooked, still 'kletis-kletis'. this is very disappointing as we already commented on this before the party to marketing & staff but they didn't change the rice on the hampers. its broken my heart to know my guest brought this rice home.
- chicken rujak salty
- es buah have no coconut in there, meanwhile at the test food there was so much coconut
- they didn't serve even mineral water to my guest at ballroom
would I recommend to do wedding there? no
would I recommend to stay there? maybe yes. but for me, I definitely will not sleep there again. sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good only if you are going business near BSD Business Park ... quite far from central Jakarta. Very close to AEON Mall for food and everything else.
Pity room does not have a chair and table for work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has nice ambiance and the superior suite definitely cozy! The service needs improvement though, should upgrade the hospitality. There's a water jug in the room for drink and you can refull it near the elevator. Good idea for reducing plastic waste.
Near AEON Mall, you could just take a walk from the hotel. Haven't had any breakfast here, so can't comment for the breakfast. We did order room service for dinner and it was quite good. Overall my stay was wonderful! Will stay here again for another staycation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front office was great. They welcome us nicely and doin great.
The room was clean and gave us a little surprise. Unfortunately didn't try any of their room services.
Then in the morning, we tried their breakfast and we were satisfied. The hospitality was great. They're very polite and helpful. The buffet were quite variative.
However, the problem was the pool. Many of its floor has been peeld off and it was extremely dangerous. We already complained about it and hope they fix it soon.
This hotel provide such a great services and they wanted to listen. Suitable for a family and corporate's meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite impressed with the bathroom (unexpectly large for a medium scale hotel), the room interior is also cool (the walls is not plain boring), clean beds, all room panels are working, helpful and kind staffs. One thing that I feels little bit needs to be improved is this hotel is not providing a comfort space to do some laptop based activities (at least in the room I stayed in). Yes there is sofa and a little table, but I think these facilities is not designed to handle these kind of activities.

In detail:
- Room is quiet clean, decent, and well-designed. Got fridge in superior room, and it works well. Bathroom is also quiet large for non-suite room. Also, I like the concept of less waste approach, such as glass water bottle that refillable with dispenser near elevator.
- Breakfast is also good. Not much variation, but enough option. Taste is also good. But some suggestion, coffee station is located a bit far from other dishes, I think some people might not be aware that it's there.
- Strategic location. 5 minutes walking from AEON BSD (you know, that mall with large sushi stall).
Great choice if you wanna stay around BSD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience, the room was nice and modern. What I loved the most is the free drink refill, they provide dispenser for every floor.
For the location, near the Aeon mall, only need 5 minutes walk.
However, you need to cost more for the transport since everything are far away. Not because the hotel, but by design of BSD city which really huge
