I really appreciated the welcome cake provided in the room.
The hotel also provides an additional snack service at a fairly affordable price.
The location is quite close to the DAMRI pool. Even the toll road to airport is not crowded.
One issue that might be resolved is that the hotel does not provide a pedestrian at the hotel gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very an amazing day to stay in Grand Zuri BSD-City. We had a fullboard meeting there, and the services were excellent. The room was sealed clean. The menus on breakfast was available in many variety. Good to have a nice day there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, nice service. Stayed only for a night with my nieces and nephews and had so much fun. Gym was free, pool also, even sauna was all free. We didn't have a chance to borrow the free bicycle too I regret so much. Will definitely stay again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have business trip to Jakarta greater area, I almost always stay at this hotel. The basement parking area is not really big, but quite accommodative. It is equipped with surveillance cameras and attended by friendly security guys for 24 hours a day. The front desk staffs are nice and also helpful. The room and all facilities inside are quite clean and well maintained. The restaurant is pretty nice, tasty foods with many menu variations. In terms of covid-19 pandemic, I think the hotel has been properly implementing health protocol. The best part of it is the touchless elevator that not many luxury hotels operate it! I would definitely come back and stay here again in my next trip..
