★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's too bad that the prayer room is located on the ground floor which is two floors away from the meeting room, small secluded.
Please reconsider the provision of a prayer room near the meeting room. So that meeting participants can be more comfortable when entering worship time.
But the service is friendly and always greets us every time we meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was not ready whem i checked in about 3pm, and while check in and check out the staff will keep on asking to registering you to be a member, and when you said No, they lost their smile. Anyway, they have a good strategic location, thats why i gave 4 stars. But dont expect a great breakfast or bar, its pretty standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location hotel, however, don't expect too much with the room that offered. You can get tiny room with old furniture, the bathroom has no curtain for shower, therefore it is easy to get flood and no complete toiletries. You need to call the staff to ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try their latest culinary spot which is served outdoor, facing the beautiful water park of Teras Kota BSD and have a good time listening to the live music while enjoying the variety of nasi goreng (fried rice), pisang goreng (fried bananas), Coffee, and whatever food your heart desire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you guys want to have a stay close to an entertainment center, well i think its the place. Its located so close with teras kota mall, you dont have to go to aeon because not only its too crowded but also this mall has many things enough for you or your family. The room itself is not too bad, but not the best. The batroom was not the cleanest (at my room), even the lamp is kinda broken somehow haha. the food was nice, and the receptionist was helpful. Dont forget to claim your free parking every time you leave the hotel even just for a minute when using your vehicle
