★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s zero star I would’ve given that… I bought this apartment not only 100 or 200 million Rp it’s 1,5 billion Rp.. and what I’ve got??? The air con is broken… And on top of that , until now the heat pump is broken and they said I have to pay to fix it.. am I the one who broke it ??!! it’s already broken since the first day I visit my apartment!!! been complaining many times but they don’t do much until now…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family very blessed and thankful to Allah that we had opportunity to have 1 unit at Skyhouse BSD+. This apartment gives a complete needs and values to us. Thus, our Marketing agent pak Michael also very helpful and kindness to our needs. Some parts of the facilities need improvement and better arrangement, but I believe Skyhouse and team will make it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment building itself is nice. It looks luxurious and is suited for living. However, the marketing and management is very sketchy and unreliable. I was interested in purchasing one unit and paid the booking fee, which was unreasonably high compared to other developers’ booking fees. The marketing salesman’s attitude was very shady and not in the best interests of the customer. They said many contradicting things to “trick” us into purchasing the unit by claiming to give us “gifts.” When we said we needed more time to think about our decision to buy, they completely changed attitudes and started to ignore us. Another marketing agent from their team also “scolded” his potential buyer into thinking that we are joking about buying the apartment when we have reasons in rethinking our decision to purchase the unit. Mainly, their poor customer service attitude. Purchasing a property is not as simple as buying things online, and requires considerable thought before making such a large transaction. The marketing salesman stated that if we doubt the apartment, we have doubted them in the beginning before even making the booking fee. He used a mocking and sarcastic tone throughout.
Please hire professional marketers instead of these amateurs. If you can’t have a good attitude towards your potential customers, don’t be a marketing agent.
