Breakfast is quite varied and tasty.
The swimming pool is medium size and my kids were very happy because at that time only they who were swimming, so it was safe even though still PPKM.
The internet connection was bad, disconnected too often and has to log in many times. Please fix this. Thanks..

Also the restaurant has the least budget here. Might be my worst hotel restaurant exp despite the so-called 4-star. Find another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a heart-warming experience. I just spent 2 days 1 night with my family. Start with a friendly welcoming staf. The room was so clean and tidy. There was a welcoming snack with my name on it. I also made a reservation for dinner at Skylounge 15. Unfortunately ,it was raining and windy, but the staff is so helpfull for preparing our table in indoor pool bar table, like a private dinner. The taste of food also nice and again, the service of the staf is very pleasent. I also tried the Spa for my parents, they said very satisfied with the services and the therapist also very friendly. I noticed all the staffs is very kind, helping hands, and very polite to the guest. Feels like 5 stars service! Even it is a business hotel, i definitely would visit again. Thank you for all the staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent, staff were friendly, the food was great. It has spacious bedroom and bathroom. The view from my room was just the roof of ICE, not much to see. It's so far away from Jakarta city center. I found a hair band hung in the bathroom, perhaps from previous guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection and spacious lobby, with hospitable doorman and front desk, good seating option in the middle of the room or you can choose to hangout in the cafe too. I ordered one with breakfast package, and they delivered for me with their options apart from their spoon shortage for few minutes. Room is clean and have no complaints. For inputs, please improve your WiFi since it's really hard to get connected to your network, it's as worst as the TV goes blank and looking for connection for a while.
