Yang paling mengecewakan adalah mereka mengabaikan antrian pelanggan, makanan yg dibuat tidak sesuai antrian, semaunya saja. Apa manajemennya seburuk itu ya sehingga staf tidak mengikuti SOP, dan ternyata tempat ini sudah dari sebelumnya memiliki pelayanan yang buruk. Kalian bisa lihat postingan serupa yang mengeluhkan hal yang sama. Mungkin manajemennya tidak tahu tentang review di google, sehingga tidak ada perbaikan dari waktu ke waktu.
Poor service, unfriendly staff.
The most disappointing thing is that they ignore the queue of customers, the food that is made does not match the queue, they just want to. Is the management that bad, so the staff doesn't follow the SOP, and it turns out that this place has had bad service from before. You can see similar posts complaining about the same thing. Maybe the management doesn't know about the reviews on Google, so there are no improvements from time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak yang review buruk di Gokana Aeon BSD karena nasinya basi, beberapa kasih foto nasi/makanan tsb. Pengalaman menyenangkan saat makan Gokana Ramen itu di Cilandak dan Kalibata, dua duanya Gokana yang di Jakarta rasanya enak.
Many have bad reviews on Gokana Aeon BSD because the rice is stale, some give photos of the rice/food. Nice experience when eating Gokana Ramen in Cilandak and Kalibata, both of which Gokana in Jakarta tastes good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan parah, ga ada ramah ramahnya sama sekali... Ramen yg dibungkus pun kuahnya ga dipisah, pdhl di gokana tempat lain tanpa kita minta kuah dipisah pun sama pelayannya langsung dipisah kuahnya... Dari awal pelayanan sampai akhir sama sekali tidak memuaskan
Terrible service, no friendly hospitality at all... Ramen that is wrapped in sauce is not separated, even though in Gokana elsewhere without us asking for the sauce to be separated, the waiter immediately separates the sauce... From the start of the service to the end it's not satisfying at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST meal I've had in Jakarta. Atrocious food quality, serving time, hygiene, and customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. 1. The staff were all rude, and very slow to serve a standard order. 2. The cook was not wearing a mask (pictured). 3. Despite taking half an hour the food was horrible. The meat was rubbery, and everything else tasted stale. We left the restaurant with unfinished meals and feeling sick. Extremely negative experience in this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone at all. We came in during busy hours (lunchtime on a saturday) and everything was horrible. Would give negative stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
