★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, meski kadang ada antrian tp masih oke. Penjelasan selalu clear dan detail, sebagai pasien saya merasa teredukasi dengan baik.
Staff menguasai tes dgn cukup baik, bisa bantu menjelaskan manfaat2 tes tsb.
 Good service, although sometimes there is a queue but it's still okay. The explanations are always clear and detailed, as a patient I feel well educated.
The staff mastered the test quite well, could help explain the benefits of the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan berkualitas. Kalau ada kurangnya mgkn ttg antrian tp it's okelah, saya lebih fokus pd kualitas layanan secara global dan hasil yang akurat.
Quality service. If there is a lack of maybe queues but that's okay, I focus more on global service quality and accurate results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbekal telpon contact center dan Google map..jam 12 tutup klo hari Minggu.. lalu berangkat...sampai di lokasi ada informasi sterilisasi ruangan SD jam 11.30
Beruntung ada petugas ISS yang ramah menginformasikan promo promo...jadi saya install aplikasinya sambil regristrasi sambil nunggu didepan
Btw udah ada 4 pengunjung
Kepada management prodia mbok ya ambil kebijakan sterilisasi jangan pas masih ada layanan ya
Armed with a contact center telephone and a Google map.. at 12 it closes on Sunday.. then leave...arriving at the location there is information on the sterilization of the SD room at 11.30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2x tes lab disini, tapi ternyata pelayanannya kurang bagus. untuk pengambilan hasil yang pertama, saya minta dikirim, tapi pada saat sudah waktunya hasil ga ada, saya ke kliniknyapun hasil saya ga ada dan baru dikirim. yang ke 2 saya coba mau ambil hasilnya sendiri biar cepat, pas ke lokasi mereka bilang hasilnya sudah dikirim ke kantor, saya tanya ke kantorpun ga ada.
There have been 2x lab tests here, but it turns out that the service is not good. for the first results, I asked to be sent, but when it was time the results were not there, I went to the clinic and the results were not there and they were sent. the second one I tried to take the results myself so it was fast, when I got to the location they said the results had been sent to the office, I asked the office, they weren't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 3x kesini Bagian loket prosesnya sangatttt lama, sy pernah ke prodia cabang lain sgt cepat prosesnya. Tp yg disini untuk 1 antrian saja 30 menit, ada yg sampai 1 jam baru di pendaftaran saja, Padahal sudah sengaja boking lewat aplikasi biar lebih cpt. Tapi sama saja sgt lama. Jd apa gunanya aplikasinya? Sangat mengecewakan
I've been here 3 times. The counter process is very long, I've been to another branch of Prodia, the process is very fast. But the ones here are for 1 queue for 30 minutes, some are up to 1 hour and just registered, even though they have intentionally booked through the application to make it faster. But it's the same for so long. So what's the use of the application? Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu klinik rekomendasi utk test lab. Tempatnya terjangkau dekat dengan rumah (letaknya di ruko2 deket Mall Tangerang City) Hanya saja pelayanannya tergolong lama pdhl tidak terlalu ramai. Sayangnya disini tidak bisa swab antigen maupun PCR.
One of the recommended clinics for lab tests. The place is affordable, close to home (located in shophouses near the Tangerang City Mall) It's just that the service is relatively long, but not too crowded. Unfortunately, there are no antigen or PCR swabs here.
