β β β β β Dulu dapat dihandalkan..test drive true hanya 5 menit..sekarang lamaaaaa....bisa 10-15 menit per mobil, yg agak nyleneh lagi..krn kondisi covid banyak tempat menghindari transaksi cash..justru disini apabila bayar ga tunai (debit) harganya 90 ribu perorang ..kalau tunai jd 80 rb perorang...berasa aneh aja sih ..institusi kesehatan tapi ga aware dengan pencegahan covid...
 It used to be reliable.. a true test drive was only 5 minutes.. now it's long.... it can take 10-15 minutes per car, which is a bit weird again.. because of the covid condition, many places avoid cash transactions.. it's here if you don't pay in cash ( debit) the price is 90 thousand per person.. if you have cash, it becomes 80 thousand per person... it just feels weird.. it's a health institution but not aware of covid prevention...

β β β β β Hasil ditunggu-tunggu tidak ada kabar. NO HP tidak aktif. Begitu disamperi lagi, karyawan pada santai, salahkan LAB belum kirim, mana customer mau tahu, tahunya 1x24 jam selesai. Titik!! Kapok, tidak bakalan kembali lagi, pelayanan parah!!
The awaited result is no news. NO HP is not active. When they arrived again, the employees relaxed, blaming the LAB for not sending it, which customer wants to know, the 1x24 hours are over. Point!! Kapok, will not come back again, terrible service!!

β β β β β Jam 1120 parkiran masuk ditutup cone. Alasan sdh mulai istirahat. Jd kami parkir di batas luar. Jam 1230 diinfokan kl petugas makan siang baru buka jam 2. Keterlaluan. Sy jalan ke Siloam drive thru. Antrian panjang. Namun 35 menit selesai. Sebelum jam 2 pula.
At 1120 the parking lot was closed by a cone. The reason for taking a break. So we parked outside. At 1230 it was informed that the lunch clerk only opened at 2. It was outrageous. I went to Siloam drive thru. Long queue. But 35 minutes done. Before 2 o'clock anyway.

β β β β β Ini sy cuma mau info aja, udah ngantri setengah jaman trs ada info tiba tiba bilang closing 30 menit karena kalo ga kita bisa pulang malam....ini sih bagian adminnya sih. Medis sih keliatan ga masalah. Hanya saya mau bilang aja, udah kerjanya lama utk registrasi, trs pake acara tutup dulu lagi smntara banyak yg antri dan kursi antrian sedikit. Sama dia mikir ga sih, kala ada yg urgent utk org melakukan PCR itu. Mungkin aja dia comorbid atau keluarganya yg comorbid. Jafi tolong ya mbak mbak admin....ga usah pakai kalimat ntar kita bisa pulang malam. Anda memilih jasa pelayanan kesehatan ya harusmya sih ino resiko sih. Makasih
Here I just want info, it's already half an era, there is no info suddenly says closing 30 minutes because if we can't go home the night ... this is the admin part. Medical looks like it's not a problem. Only I want to say, it's already working for a long time for registration, you use the event closing it first, there are many who queue and chairs the queue a little. He thought it wasn't, when there was someone urgent for someone to do the PCR. Maybe he just comorbid or his family who is comorbid. Please, please, mbak, admin ... β β β β β Pelayanan Staff Ramah, hasil antigen diinfoin bisa sampe 1jam, tapi aku tunggu hasil cetak cuma ga nyampe 15menit.
Disarankan JIKA TIDAK MAU ANTRI LAMA : dateng PAGI jam 07 buat daftar, karna antrian gak panjaaaang, jadi cepet hasil keluar β€οΈβ€οΈ
Friendly staff service, the results of the antigen being informed can take up to 1 hour, but I wait for the printouts to only arrive 15 minutes.
It is recommended IF YOU DON'T WANT A LONG LINE: come in the morning at 07 to register, because the queue is not long, so the results come out quickly β€οΈβ€οΈ

β β β β β Nyobain test pcr di sini OMG dari 12 antrian nguler panjang bener, akhir putar balik pulang balik lagi jam 4 sore eeee masih nguler juga. Akhirnya coba tanya ke staff yang jaga disana. Dan saya tanya biasanya per mobil berapa lama pengambilan sample. Hello harusnya sebagai staff bisa menjawab pertanyaan itu berapa per orang butuh waktu 15 menit. Tapi jawaban staff tidak tahu, jawaban tidak memuaskan. OMG.... OMG... Masa pertanyaan simple begini gak bisa jawab ???. Pelayanan lelet banget untuk antri sampai pengambilan butuh waktu 2 jam. Layanan utk drive thru harusnya di PISAH antara yg sdh booking lewat aplikasi sama yg bayar ditempat agar lebih cepat pelayanannya.
Tried the pcr test here OMG, the 12 queues were really long, I ended up going back and forth again at 4 pm, it's still dragging. Finally, try asking the staff on duty there. And I asked usually per car how long it takes to take a sample. Hello, the staff should be able to answer the question how much per person it takes 15 minutes. But the staff answer does not know, the answer is not satisfactory. OMG.... OMG... I can't answer a simple question like this . The service is really slow to queue until it takes 2 hours to pick up. The service for the drive thru should be SEPARATE between those who have booked through the application and those who paid on the spot so that the service is faster.

β β β β β Usahakan datang pagi agar antriannya tidak terlalu panjang.
Registrasi dan penanganan cepat, sekitar 7-10 menit/ orang/ mobil.
Tadi jam 8n datang, antrian 4-5 mobil, jam 9 sudah selesai.
Rekomendasi untuk datang jam stgh 9 saja biar tidak antri panjang.
Try to come early so the queue is not too long.
Fast registration and handling, about 7-10 minutes/person/car.
It came at 8 o'clock, the queue of 4-5 cars, at 9 it was over.
It's recommended to come at 9 am so you don't have to wait long.
