★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perlu di tambah lagi petugasnya, terutama di bagian depan. Karena sering kali ketika datang tidak ada petugas dan harus menunggu tnpa kepastian berapa menit, tidak semua orang memiliki waktu luang,terkadang datang kesini juga memburu waktu.
Need to add more officers, especially at the front. Because often when there are no officers and have to wait without certainty for how many minutes, not everyone has free time, sometimes coming here is also chasing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lambat. Print out hasil pemeriksaan aja dr siang ampe sore ditinggal masih harus nunggu lg ketika datang utk ambil. Karyawan juga cuma hanya 1 sepertinya. Tingkatkan lg kualitas layanan dan jumlah pekerjanya.
The service is slow. Just print out the results of the inspection from noon until the afternoon. I still have to wait when I come to pick it up. There's also only 1 employee, it seems. Increase the quality of service and the number of employees.
