β β β β β Paling bikin kesel udah datang jauh jauh masa baru jam 11 sudah habis nomor antrian ke CS itu kan gila pas saya nyari di gogel alamat bank mandiri pusat di bilang alamat yg sama ini masa bank mandiri pusat kayak gini pokok nya jelek banget deeh pelayanan nya perlu di tinjau ulang niih bank kayak gini

β β β β β Pelayanan bagus,memberikan solusi yg ga saya dapat di call center dan cabang ini weekend banking buka,jd sangat membantu dihari libur kerja , klo kalian ga mau pada antri jadi nasabah prioritas ajaaaaa.....masuk ke toilet aja pake antrian guuuyssss bayar lagiiii...lah ini ke bank lu pikir bank nenek moyang
Good service, providing a solution that I can't get at the call center and this branch is open for weekend banking, so it's very helpful on working holidays, if you don't want to queue up to become priority customers ... just go to the toilet using the queue guuuyssss pay againiii ... this is to the bank you think ancestral bank

β β β β β Blok gobl*k ngantri 4 jam lebih cuma di suruh pulang doang klo emg ga bisa harusnya bilang dr awal di tanya klo reset pin ga bawa buku tabungan bisa kaga? jawab nya bisa giliran nomer antrian gua di panggil malah kaga bisa !!!! Dah ngebelain gua ijin ga msuk kerja malah ujung nya kaya gini udah mah jauh jauh dr balaraja emg tai bank plat merah pelayanan ampass
Block gobl * k queued up for 4 hours just being told to go home, if you can't, you should say from the start when asked if you reset the pin you don't bring a passbook can you? the answer can be turn to the queue number I was called instead it can't !!!! β β β β β Antriannya sangattt sangattt lamaaa .ada 3 cs tapi hanya 1 yg melayani,, sisanya ga tau ngapain aja dimeja cs dan blm mengambil antrian cust.. . Padahal saya antrian no 3 dan baru dilayani jam 10.00 oleh cs dessi afifah. Setelah selsai di cs saya diarahkan ke teller untuk buat pin baru,,sampai di teller saya diwajibkan antri lagi di teller untuk pembuatan pin baru.. ??
Tolong ditingkatkan lagi sistem kerja bank mandiri tangcity..sehinga tidak perlu berlarut larut dalam sistem antrian. bs dicontoh sama bank sebelah yg sistem pelayanannya luar biasa..???
The queue was really very long. There were 3 cs but only 1 was serving ,, the rest didn't know what to do at the cs desk and haven't taken the cust queue ... Even though I was queuing number 3 and it was only served at 10.00 by cs dessi afifah. After completing the CS I was directed to the teller to create a new pin, arriving at the teller I was required to queue again at the teller to make a new pin .. ??
Please improve the work system of Bank Mandiri Tangcity ... so there is no need to drag on in the queuing system. can be emulated by the bank next door whose service system is extraordinary..???

β β β β β The most useless branch I've ever seen. No customer service for online banking problem. They just told everyone to go somewhere else. This is the most non sense banking service so far. They need to put up an ad saying, "no customer service in this branch".
