★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat dan ramah. Sayangnya tdk dilengkapi sudut bermain anak sehingga kurang nyaman saat saya membawa anak2. Tidak ada juga bacaan untuk anak selain koran yg tergantung rapi di rak nya. Kalau buat foto rontgen dewasa cocok tapi buat anak2 kurang. Semoga bs lebih melengkapi fasilitas anaknya ya
Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately it is not equipped with a children's play corner so it is uncomfortable when I bring the children. There is also no reading for children other than newspapers that hang neatly on the shelf. If you make adult X-rays it is suitable but for children it is less. Hopefully it can be more complete for their children's facilities

ALUR
1. Masuk ke dalam lalu masuk ke bagian pendaftaran
2. Memberi surat rujukan untuk Rontgen Panoramic lalu membayar sebesar Rp 285.000,00
3. Menunggu untuk dipanggil
4. Dipanggil oleh petugas dan menjalankan proses Rontgen Panoramic selama kurang lebih 5 menit
5. Menunggu hasil panoramic sekitar 10-15 menit (Namun pada saat Saya menunggu hasilnya, nggak sampai 5 menit udah dikasih)

KETERANGAN TAMBAHAN
1. BioMedika tidak support asuransi sehingga harus membayar di tempat (debit atau cash)
2. Proses berlangsung sangat cepat untuk rontgen panoramic hanya
3. Tutup registrasi rontgen sampai jam set 4 sore (15.30 WIB) namun jadwal bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu

PLOT
1. Go inside and then enter the registration section
2. Give a referral letter for a Panoramic X-ray and then pay Rp. 285,000.00
3. Waiting to be called
4. Called by the officer and run the Panoramic X-ray process for approximately 5 minutes
5. Waiting for panoramic results for about 10-15 minutes (But when I waited for the results, it wasn't even 5 minutes already)

1. BioMedika does not support insurance so you have to pay on the spot (debit or cash)
2. The process is very fast for panoramic x-rays only

bad for me, rontgen in the morning...
the server is down and data cannot input..
So, for next rontgen, I need to pay other bill again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the service is fast and great; as per standard operation procedure, good health protocol, as their staff welcomed the guest well, greeted nice, showed the long wooden bench to queue, gave the direction to check body temperature, remind the guest and patient to wash the hand regularly and also picked the number for queue.
The nurse did good job, taking blood sample and urine, all new and clean syringe and tube, labeled with the patient name (can’t show because of the regulation).
Could be better and improve for future visitor.
The lab result can be arranged to be collected or via email, no consultation, the privacy is great as well, the result enveloped/ sealed well.
