Tapi rukonya agak tertutup aja ga terlalu strategis jadi harus nanya dlu dimana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terburuk yg pernah saya alami, padahal dalam kertas antrian tertulis jika melewati nomor antrian dapat mengambil no. Antrian selanjutnya, jika memang terdapat cust. Prioritas ada baiknya membuka gerai prioritas, daripada diselak terus, padahal lokasi di pusat kota.
The worst service I have ever experienced, even though the queue paper is written if you pass the queue number you can take no. Next queue, if there is cust. Priority is better to open priority outlets, rather than continuing to be interrupted, even though the location is in the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS mba ika sangat memuaskan, beliau mau luangkan waktu jam istirahatnya untuk melayani saya karena lamanya proses antrian pembukaan rekening. Terima kasih mba ika, semoga cepat promosi & permata bank makin besar.
Ms. Ika's CS service is very satisfying, she wants to take her break time to serve me because of the long queue process for opening an account. Thank you, Ms. Ika, hopefully the promotion & bank gems will get bigger soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bank terburuk kalo menurut saya, daei sekian banyak rekening bank yang saya miliki, dateng ke CS untuk ganti kartu aja di persulit, pelayanan CS lama selisih 2 antrian saja saya 3 jam karena CS sebelah istirahat saya inget banget 2 nasabah depan saya yang nasabah 1 cuma ingin login permata mobile x, nasabah 2 buat rekening baru, dari selisih 2 nasabah aja 3 jam antri dan ga dapet hasil baik, ada perbankan seperti ini dari CS dan kacab ga membantu apa karena saya bukan nasabah priotitas, saya di suruh ke cabang pembuka pas jam tutup bank udah lewat karena antrian 3 jam dari 2 nasabah, saya di suruh dateng di besok hari ke cabang pembuka, mereka pikir waktu orang lain buat berhari hari cuma buat ngurusin rekening itu wajar kali ya. Emang mereka kali yang ga hargain waktu orang lain se enak nya aja nyuruh orang lain selesain besok emang orang itu punya waktu buat besok balik ke bank lagi, kepala cabang nya ga bagus kaya nya cabag terburuk dari perbankkan kalo menurut saya
The worst bank service in my opinion, there are so many bank accounts that I have, coming to CS to change cards is difficult, the old CS service is only 2 queues apart, I only have 3 hours because the CS next to the break I really remember 2 of my front customers who are customer 1 I just want to log in to Permata Mobile X, customer 2 creates a new account, from a difference of 2 customers, I just queued 3 hours and didn't get good results, there is banking like this from CS and the branch office doesn't help what because I'm not a priority customer, I was told to go to the opening branch When the closing time of the bank has passed because of the 3 hour queue from 2 customers, I was told to come tomorrow to the opening branch, they think that other people's time for days just to take care of the account is normal, right. It's true that they don't value other people's time, it's as good as asking someone else to finish tomorrow. That person has time to go back to the bank tomorrow, the branch head isn't good, it's like the worst branch of banking in my opinion
