Fasilitas : kamar berAC, kamar mandi dalam + water heater, rutin dibersihkan kamar mandinya & sepre kasur juga, masuk kosan pake RFID gitu, free WiFi.. tiap lantai ada water purifier, kulkas, sama microwave.. rooftop ada kompor juga, bisa ngikut masak ijin ke mbaknya.. baju juga free laundry 1-2 pcs per hari.. tapi belum sama listrik ya, listrik token per kamar..
Kalau mau ngekos daerah rawa pening sini, yg bawa mobil/motor kalau bisa pulang dibawah jam 12, karna bakal diportal kalo udah jam 12.. kalo jalan kaki sih ya gapapa.. kecuali punya kunci portalnya dan diizinin sama pak RT/RW nya hehe..
Budget kosan 2.5an sampe 3.3an juta per kamar.. buat yang mau model kontrakan, di bawah ada juga sewaannya, tanya2 aja, kalo ada 4 orang dengan budget sama untuk kamar biasa, itu recommended kok..

I've been staying here for a year .. the place is still comfortable, and feels safe ..
Facilities: air-conditioned room, private bathroom + water heater, regularly cleaned bathroom & bed sheets too, enter the boarding house using RFID, free WiFi .. on every floor there is a water purifier, refrigerator, and microwave ... the rooftop has a stove too, you can follow cook, permission to the sister ... clothes are also free laundry 1-2 pcs per day ... but not the same electricity, electricity tokens per room ...
If you want to stay here in the pening swamp area, the one who brings a car / motorbike if you can come home under 12 o'clock, because it will be exported if it's 12 o'clock ... if you walk, it's fine ... unless you have the portal key and the RT / RW is allowed ..
The boarding house budget is 2.5an to 3.3 million per room ... for those who want a rented model, there is also a rental below, just ask, if there are 4 people with the same budget for a regular room, that's recommended ...
