Within walking distance to many offices, convenience stores/mini markets, cafes/restaurants/food stalls, but well away from traffic and (most importantly) flood-prone areas. Management is friendly and responsive, facilities (TV, daily laundry, regularly-maintained AC, etc.) are more than adequate. I've stayed in the same room for over five years and never really had anything to complain about.
