Comfortable, clean, neat place. I recommend this place as a safe boarding house. The location is close to offices, Atmajaya University, RS. Mall. Very strategic point

Pros (+) :
- Fasilitasnya lengkap (kasur single, lemari baju, kamar mandi dalam, meja, kursi, dapur bersama di setiap lantai, kulkas bersama, air galon / dispenser bersama, parkir motor, air panas, rak sepatu, meja tamu bersama, TV di kamar, TV bersama)
- Penjaganya ramah & fast response
- Pemilik kost fast response dan membantu
- Area sekitar (Benhil) banyak makanan
- Sangat dekat untuk kantor di sekitaran Gedung BRI, GKBI
- Bebas banjir
Cons (-) :
- Lokasi masuk ke gang kecil, mobil sulit masuk
- Relatif berisik (banyak pembangunan, ada semacam bengkel, di sebrang ada kontrakan pegawai proyek dan suka nongkrong di depan kost, musik senam/zumba keras pagi hari dari taman dekat kos)
- Lorong menuju kamar relatif sempit
- Broadcast chat tagihan kost di whatsapp setiap akhir bulan

Had boarding here for 1 year.
Pros (+):
- Complete facilities (single mattress, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, table, chairs, shared kitchen on each floor, shared fridge, shared gallon / water dispenser, motorized parking, hot water, shoe rack, shared guest table, TV in the room, TV together)
- The guards are friendly & fast response
- The owner of the boarding house is fast response and helpful
- The area around (Benhil) is a lot of food
- Very close to offices around the BRI Building, GKBI
- Free flood
Cons (-):
- The location is into a small alley, the car is difficult to enter
- Relatively noisy (a lot of construction, there is a kind of workshop, on the other side there is a contracted employee of the project and likes to hang out in front of the boarding house, loud gymnastics / zumba music in the morning from the park near the boarding house)
- The hallway to the room is relatively narrow
- Broadcast chat boarding bills on whatsapp every end of the month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost cowok/cewek. Ukuran kamar yang relatif kecil, tp fasilitasnya lengkap. Tiap kamar ada kasur, lemari, ac, kamar mandi dalam, water heater. Ada juga fasilitas yang bisa dipake bersama : kulkas, mesin cuci, dapur. Ada laundrynya juga 4 pcs baju per hari. Lokasinya juga ga kena banjir.
Boarding for boys / girls. The room size is relatively small, but the facilities are complete. Each room has a mattress, wardrobe, ac, private bathroom, water heater. There are also facilities that can be shared: refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen. There is a laundry too, 4 pieces of clothes per day. The location is also not flooded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorong antar kamar sempit banget, kamar juga kecil. Sendirian aja udah berasa begah banget.
The hallway between the rooms is very narrow, the rooms are also small. Alone already feels very good.
