★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (-) Water heater ada cuma ga fungsi. WC sering mampet. Kasur per nya udah kerasa bgt bikin pegel-pegel kalo bangun tidur (udah bertahun-tahun ga diganti sepertinya kasurnya)
(+) akses dekat kemana-mana (laundry, tempat makan,dll)
 (-) There is only a water heater that doesn't work. The toilet is often clogged. The mattress per day feels really sore when I wake up (it's not been replaced for years, it looks like the mattress)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar kos kecil banget, sempit. Pencahayaan kamar juga gelap walaupun ada jendela. Disini agak banyak nyamuk. Kamar mandi sering mampet. Kalau AC rusak / bocor penjaga kos g segera di follow up. Pengalaman disini baru hampir sebulan kepanasan AC baru di perbaikin banyak alasan. Kamar mandi dalam air hangat nggak bisa. Kasur juga kecil dan nggak nyaman bangun tidur kerasa sakit. Untuk sebulan seharga 1.750.000 (belum listrik) kalau sama listrik token ya kurang lebih 2 juta tergolong mahal, di daerah sekitar ada yg 2 jutaan udah comfy banget.
The boarding room is very small, cramped. The room lighting is also dark even though there are windows. There are a lot of mosquitoes here. The bathroom is often clogged. If the air conditioner is damaged / leaking the boarding guard is not immediately followed up. The experience here has only been almost a month, the new air conditioner has been repaired for many reasons. The bathroom in warm water can't. The mattress is also small and uncomfortable waking up feeling sick. For a month for 1,750,000 (not yet electricity) with electricity tokens, approximately 2 million is quite expensive, in the surrounding area there are 2 million which are very comfortable.
