★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a year in here. May not be the instagramable one but it has simple furnitures, spacious bedroom, definitely flood free, electricity and wifi included in monthly cost (which is below 2.5 mio per month - berbahagialah untuk karyawan yang ngekos dan kena jadwal WFH), friendly caretaker, responsible owner, and pleasant neighborhood. 15 mins walk to Atmajaya University and Bendungan Hilir MRT Station, 25 mins walk to SCBD. Fasilitas dalam kamar: kamar mandi, shower, wc duduk, wastafel, kaca wastafel, lemari besar, kasur, meja belajar, kursi, wifi. Fasilitas luar kamar: dapur, mesin cuci, parkir mobil (2 mobil), ruang menjemur baju, ruang menyetrika baju, dispenser air galon.

In-room facilities: bathroom, shower, sitting toilet, sink, glass sink, large cupboard, mattress, study table, chairs, wifi. Outdoor facilities: kitchen, washing machine, car park (2 cars), drying room, clothes ironing room, gallon water dispenser.
