★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus dan bersih, pemilik kost nya baik dan ramah. Pemilik kostnya selalu melayani dengan senyum dan siap membantu jika penghuni sedang sakit atau ada masalah. Tempat nya strategis utk cari makan dan pergi kemana mana dekat, dekat ke Senayan, Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Bendungan Hilir. Kamar Kost nya selalu dibersihin. Parkir motornya juga cukup luas dan aman. ATM, pasar, minimarket, kampus, perkantoran dan sarana olahraga seperti gym dan taman semua mudah dijangkau. Pokoknya jangan ragu untuk kost disini. Aman, Bersih dan Ramah serta dijamin seperti keluarga atau di rumah sendiri.
The place is nice and clean, the owner of the boarding house is kind and friendly. The owner of the boarding house always serves with a smile and is ready to help if the occupant is sick or there is a problem. The place is strategic to find food and go anywhere near, close to Senayan, Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Bendungan Hilir. The boarding room is always cleaned. The motorbike parking is also quite spacious and safe. ATMs, markets, minimarkets, campuses, offices and sports facilities such as gyms and parks are all within easy reach. Anyway, don't hesitate to board here. Safe, Clean and Friendly and guaranteed like family or at home.
