Pelayanan petugas nya kurang sopan cara bicaranya kepada pasien, mungkin nada terlalu tinggi dan kurang ber aititude

Sumpah sudah kedua kali saya kesini, saya dtg pagi2 jam 7 untuk rujukan ke rs untuk operasi , kemudian blg ke staff mau rujukan katanya suruh ambil antrian ketemu dokter jam 8 . Trs giliran sudah jam 8 lewat almost set 9 org yg untuk ukur suhu, berat badan dan tensi panggil suami saya untuk diperiksa, setelah suami saya cerita dia blg mau rujukan untuk operasi trs dgn gak santainya tu org blg β€œrujukan gakbisa harus jam 7 dan gak boleh lebih dari 10 antrian. Trs suami saya jg blg β€œbu saya sudah dari jam 7 dan diarahkan ambil antrian jam 8 untuk ktemu dokter” trs gak ada omongan apa2 langsung suruh ambil antrian. Lalu dia di depan banyak pasien dia blg ke temennya β€œ tolong ya nanti di group blg klo mau rujukan harus 10 maksimal ini ada 14” sumpah gak profesional bgt dari lagaknya jg sok sombong, HEI SAYA JG KERJA DI BAGIAN PELAYANAN, INI MASIH PAGI LHO TAPI PELAYANANNYA JUTEKNYA MASYAALLAH, KLO MASIH BUTUH UANG DAN PEKERJAAN JGN SUKA SEPELEKAN ORG LAIN” KLO ANDA MASIH DIGAJI TLG DI JAGA ATTITUDE, klo emng gabisa saya yg ngajarin !!!!!! Clue : orangnya pakai kacamata ,maaf agak gemuk
I swear it's the second time I've been here, I came in the morning at 7 for a referral to the hospital for surgery, then told the staff I wanted a referral, he said to take the queue to see the doctor at 8 o'clock. Then it was past 8 o'clock, almost a set of 9 people to measure temperature, weight and blood pressure called my husband to be checked, after my husband told me he didn't want a referral for surgery, then the person didn't take it easy, said "referral can't have to be 7 o'clock and no can be more than 10 queues. Then my husband also said, "Mom, I have been from 7 and were directed to take the queue at 8 to see the doctor." Then there was no talking, I immediately told to take the queue. Then he was in front of a lot of patients he told his friends "please, later in the group, if you want referrals, there must be a maximum of 10, there are 14" oaths are very unprofessional from the appearance of being arrogant, HEY I'M WORKING IN THE SERVICE SECTION, IT'S STILL MORNING BUT THE SERVICE IS JUTEK MASYAALLAH, IF YOU STILL NEED MONEY AND JOB DON'T LIKE TO BE ATTENTION TO OTHER PEOPLE" IF YOU ARE STILL PAID, PLEASE KEEP ATTITUDE, if not I can teach you!!!!!! Clue: the person wears glasses, sorry he's a bit fat

Pelayanannya sangat lamban, ayah dari teman saya abis kecelakaan,meskipun tidak ada darah berceceran di tubuh, tapi kepala dan kakinya sakit. Sialnya dtg di jam istirahat dokter, katanya dtg jam 14.00.. tapi sudah menunggu hampir 2 jam sampai jam 14.15 dokter blm juga ada.. di tambah pelayanananya yg tidak ramah dan pasien hanya berbaring di kursi, pdhl teman saya sudah bulak balik bilang kepada perawat yg berjaga.
The service was very slow, my friend's father had an accident, although there was no blood splattered on the body, but his head and legs hurt. Unfortunately, the doctor came during the doctor's break, he said he came at 14.00.. but he waited for almost 2 hours until 14.15 the doctor wasn't there yet.. plus the service was not friendly and the patient just lay on the chair, even though my friend had spoken back and forth to the nurse on guard.

Di pintu jelas2 tertulis istirahat 12.00 - 13.00 tp kenapa pasien baru di layanin 14.20 ?! Pelayanan nya ga banget ya asli. Saya kerja yg bukan melayani orang sakit aja jam 13.00 udh hrs dimeja utk kerja. Apalagi ini melayani orang sakit. Kalo emang istirahatnya 12.00 - 14.30 ya tempel dipintu yg gede. Saya udh dateng jam 13.00 btw, harusnya kalo udah jam 13.00 ya layanin pasien.
On the door it is clearly written 12.00-13.00 break but why are new patients being served at 14.20?! The service is not really genuine. I work that doesn't serve sick people, at 13.00, I have to work at the desk. Moreover, it serves the sick. If the break is 12.00 - 14.30, then stick it on the big door. I have arrived at 13.00 btw, if it was already 13.00 I would have served the patient.

zaman sdh maju gini masih ada aja klinik model gini yg masih gak ramah soal pelayanan, ga malu loh sama keramahan security bni, bca, dll

Gak ngerti lagi sama pemikiran dokternya, saya seharusnya kerja dines malam sebagai call centre, diare akut udah 2 kali,muntah juga, bahkan pas berobat saya diare, sakit perut hilang timbul, kalo sakit perut itu rasanya sakit banget, melilit saya makanya berobat krn gak akan sanggup kerja angkat call dan harus nahan sakit perut,, ijin berobat tidak masuk kerja jawaban dok ini bisa kerja kondisi kaya gini,, coba dibalik dokter itu jadi saya, sambil ngelayanin pasien harus nahan sakit perut juga,,, kalo berobat di rs udah indikasi cong buat rawat inap,,, ada-ada ajah...

Lama lama kok pelayanan nya jelek pake banget ya , ruang tunggu di luar , mana panas bgd lagi , tiap bulan gua bayr loh iuran bpjs , ga tiap bulan juga gua kesini , tapi ya allah, pelayanannya , jelek bgd , masa di sruh tunggu sambil panasΒ² gini , udah dri bulan apa di renov ga kelarΒ² , pengen pindah klinik jadi nya klo kya gini

Ibu saya sudah tua kaki sakit, sudah 5 kali datang tidak dapat rujukan. dikasih obat terus. Kalau di klinik bisa ronsen ya gpp. Ini gak bsa ronsen malah dikasih obat terus. Jelek banget pelayanannya. 5 kali blm dpt rujukan. Apa guna dokternya? Mana kliniknya kotor. Bukan sembuh malah yg kstu kena sakit .
My mother is old, her feet hurt, she has come 5 times and can't get a referral. continued to be given medication. If you can get X-rays at the clinic, it's not good. It can't be X-rayed, it's even given medicine. Very bad service. 5 times yet to get a referral. What's the doctor for? Where's the dirty clinic. It's not healing, even the one who gets sick.
