2. hasil swab pcr lebih dari 24 jam sebelumnya diinfokan hasil kurang dari 24 jam dan tidak di email.
3. hasil ambil lagi sendiri ke lokasi.
4. pegawai sangat sangat tidak ramah.
5. sangat tidak rekomended sekali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya sudah test disini dan minta hasilnya di sambungkan ke peduli lindungi tapi malah tidak ada respon di WA sama sekali padahal online.
padahal katanya kalo perlu apa2 tinggal hub wa yang dikasih sama petugasnya langsung. bener2 BAD service!
I have tested here and asked for the results to be connected to care and protect but there is no response in WA at all even though it is online.
even though he said if you need anything, just call the wa who was given by the officer directly. really BAD service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas ramah tapi sayangnya hanya dua orang. satu yg bagian administrasi dan satunya bagian yg test. kalau sudah ramai agak keteteran. Tapi pelayanan tetap ramah. sayangnya ga ada pcr yg sameday adanya yg nextday padahal harganya sama wkwkwk.
The clerk was friendly but unfortunately only two people. one is the administration section and the other is the test section. if it's crowded, it's a bit tight. But the service is still friendly. Unfortunately, there is no PCr that is the same day, there is a next day even though the price is the same wkwkwk.
