★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejauh berobat disini belum pernah ada hal janggal atau mengecewakan terkait medis, cuma disayangkan "CS" nya agak kurang ramah, dan pernah menunggu sekitar sejam karena dokternya makan diluar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Resepsionis songong sok tau pulak. Bayi di suruh pake masker. Saya jawab bayi di bawah 2 tahun ngak ada aturan pake masker. Tapi malah nyolot.
Doktrnya apalagi, ngatain anak orang ngak bisa jalan ya, ngak bisa ngomong ya, namanya mash 1tahun itu BELUM bukan ngak bisa. Orang tua mana yang di omong kayagitu ngak tensi. orang konsul ngomong belum kelar udah di tinggal nylonong bikin kesimpulan sendiri.
Mohon untuk pihak yang berwajib keluhan seperti ini di tanggapi. Walaupun bpjs saya tetep bayar, minimal kalo tempat pelayanan itu yang ramah petugasnya. Jadi yang berobat pun keluar klinik juga makin mendingan bukannya makin darah tinggi.
Very bad service. Songong receptionist knows too much. Babies are told to wear masks. I said that for babies under 2 years, there is no rule for wearing masks. But it sucks.
What's more, the doctor says that people's children can't walk, can't talk, yes, the name is still 1 year old. Which parents are said to have no tension. the consul said it wasn't finished yet, he just left to make his own conclusions.
We ask the authorities to respond to complaints like this. Even though my BPJS still pays, at least if the service is friendly, the staff. So even those who leave the clinic for treatment are also getting better, not getting high blood pressure.

Berobat minta surat keterangan sakit untuk keperluan izin kerja, tidak dikasi sama sekali dengan alasan masi bisa berdirii dateng berobat kesini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap kali kesini gapernah bener, dokter nya bikin emosi...ga ada sopan2nya, jutek judes ga beretika...periksa pasien juga cuma di cek tensi, Bikin orang yg lg sakit makin sakit kalo kesini mah.
Every time I'm here, it's never right, the doctor makes me emotional...there are no manners, bitchy bitches are unethical...checking patients are also just checking their blood pressure, making people who are sick even sicker when they come here.

padahal harusnya karyawan DR nya berpendidikan tinggi tetapi tidak punya sopan santun sama sekali...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seumur hidup saya ke dokter atau klinik manapun, ini klinik yang paling buruk yang pernah saya datangi, penerimaannya judes minta ampun kayak ga pernah dididik sekolah atau orangtuanya, dokternya pun jutek. Saya sakit kesini bukannya sembuh malah makin sakit kepala saya. Ga pake bpjs aja dpt pelayanan begini apalagi yg pake bpjs mungkin ya...
Ga dua kali kesini lg.
Mba yg kerja disana, kalau anda baca ini, kurang kurangin tu attitude jeleknya,
Ramah dikit ke pasien ga ngurangin umur anda.
Anda digaji pake uang pasien berobat dan bpjs yg pasien bayar.
