★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaksin Dosis Kedua tidak tersedia (AstraZenecca), padahal ketika kami coba konfirmasi via call disuruh datang saja, dan ketika kami datang bersama dengan kloter Vaksin AZ pertama, dengan gampangnya Pihak Klinik menginfokan tidak tersedia tanpa pemberitahuan dahulu, padahal jarak tempuh rumah ke klinik cukup jauh dan memakan waktu.. Manajemen yang sangat buruk dan tidak baik..

The second dose of vaccine is not available (AstraZenecca), even though when we tried to confirm via call, we were told to come, and when we arrived together with the first batch of AZ Vaccine, the clinic easily informed us that it was not available without prior notification, even though the distance from home to the clinic is quite far and time consuming.. Very bad and not good management..
please fix it, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kek taik gini, saya dateng k klinik karena ada keluhan gejala pasca vaksin di klinik ini juga. Udah 4 hari dan minum berbagai obat belum ada perubahan sama sekali. Pas baru daftar udah di sewotin cuman d suruh minum paracetamol. Kalo cuman dengan paracetamol sembuh gw gak mungkin dateng k klinik!!! Dikira gw 4 hari demam gak ada usaha minum obat atau apa?? Gw dateng juga nggak nyari gratisan, mau berobat pastinya juga bawa duit. Padahal pagi hari sebelum datang k klinik saya udah telp k no telp pengaduan vaksin dan disuruh dateng langsung, nanti akan diobservasi gejala pasca vaksin.
The service is like this, I came to the clinic because there were complaints of post-vaccine symptoms at this clinic as well. It's been 4 days and taking various medicines, there is no change at all. When I just signed up, I was already taken care of, but I was told to take paracetamol. If it's only with paracetamol that I get better I can't come to the clinic!!! I thought I had a fever for 4 days without trying to take medicine or something?? I also didn't come looking for freebies, I wanted to get treatment, of course I also brought money. Even though the morning before coming to the clinic, I already called the telephone number for the vaccine complaint and was told to come directly, later the post-vaccine symptoms will be observed.

(17 Feb) awalnya saya kira karena agak ramai, jadi mereka agak kurang ramah. ternyata waktu saya dtg kedua kali (25 Feb) dan hanya ada 1 tamu lain di depan counter pendaftaran, mereka tetap tidak ramah. kutak katik hp saja dan tidak menyapa. waktu saya menyapa dan kasih tau keperluan saya, dg tidak sopan dia bilang : sebelah sini. padahal dia di counter kasir. saya pikir, bagaimana klinik ini bisa survive kalau tidak dibawah nama besar Ciputra Group, secara tamu yg datang hanya segelintir. tapi pelayanan suster yg swab sangat ok. ramah, jelas, prokes dan kebersihan ok.
service at the counter is not ok. (17 Feb) I thought it was a bit crowded at first, so they weren't that friendly. it turned out that the second time I came (Feb 25) and there was only 1 other guest in front of the registration counter, they were still not friendly. I just click on my cellphone and don't say hello. When I said hello and told him what I needed, he impolitely said: this way. even though he was at the cashier counter. I think, how can this clinic survive if it is not under the big name Ciputra Group, only a handful of guests come. but the service of the nurse who did the swab was ok. friendly, clear, prokes and cleanliness ok.
