Karena karyawannya kurang sopan dengan ojol, maaf saya sendiri ojol, saya sdh ke 2 x nya dpt orderan halo Dok dicancel secara tiba-tiba dan merugikan saya karena performa saya menjadi turun. Tolong konfirmasi terdahulu ya sebelum cancel order nya, apa barang tidak ada atau gmn.. kan jd enak gitu jelas.

 Sorry, I give 2 stars. Because the employees are not polite with ojol, sorry for myself, I ojol, I have 2 x orders hello Doc canceled suddenly and hurt me because my performance has decreased. Please confirm beforehand before canceling the order, is the item missing or how ... it feels good, so clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management apotik K-24 coba di review karyawan anda. Jam operasional 24 jam. Tapi di hub dari malam Sampai siang TLP tidak ada yg angkat. Apa ini memang prosedur utama dari pihak perusahaan atau hanya karyawan anda dan branch manager nya yg tidak mampu kerja sesuai SOP perusahaan???
Management of K-24 pharmacies try to review your employees. Operating hours 24 hours. But in the hub from night to noon TLP no one picks up. Is this really the main procedure from the company or is it just your employees and branch managers who are unable to work according to company SOPs???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya tidak ramah. mau tebus resep dokter obat tidak lengkap, obat yang tidak tersedia saya bawakan dari luar tetap tidak bisa diracik padahal kondisi yang membutuhkan obat sangat memerlukan racikan tersebut. meski mengerti mungkin memang sudah sop, tp jujur saya kecewa dengan kebijakan tersebut. di k24 ini oleh karyawannya juga di cek estimasi total obat yg ada di resep dokter seharga 250rb.
akhirnya saya dengan susah payah cari apotek yang bisa meracik dengan total harga 40rb. karyawannya nih perlu di crosscheck.
the service is not friendly. would redeem incomplete prescription drugs, drugs that are not available I bring from the outside still can not be formulated when the condition requiring the drug is in need concoction. although probably already understand sop, tp be honest I was disappointed with the policy. The k24 is by its employees also check the estimated total existing drug in a prescription for 250rb.
I painstakingly finally find a pharmacy that can mix with the total price 40rb. ya need crosscheck employees.
