★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya cukup nyaman. Pelayanan Dokter bagus. Frontliner agak di ramahkan sedikit. Terutama service utk di bagian Facial. Kebetulan pertama kali saya pakai dokter kecantikan adalah klinik kusuma , kemudian saya beralih ke Er*a , lalu saya kembali lg ke Kusuma krn alasan dekat dng lokasi kerja. Jelas terlihat perbedaan pelayanan yah disini.. Klinik tetangga ketika melalukan tindakan, mereka lbh fokus trhdp cust yg sedang ditangani. Melakukannya dng lembut, ramah, penuh perhatian, detail. Yg saya lihat dan rasakan disini adalah saat penanganan terlalu terburu2, grusak-grusuk, kasar, dan ngobrol/bercanda dng sesama pegawai. Hmm...
Pdhl Kusuma lumayan bagus lho....dng harga yg tdk bgtu mahal menurut saya. Hanya aja pelayanan lbh disiplinkan lg.. krn selain khasiat, cust jg mencari kesan service lho..
The place is quite comfortable. Good doctor service. Frontliner is somewhat reduced. Especially service for the Facial. Incidentally the first time I used a beauty doctor was the Kusuma clinic, then I switched to Er * a, then I went back to Kusuma because the reason was close to the job site. It is clear that the difference in services here ... The neighboring clinic when doing the action, they are more focused on the cust being handled. Do it soft, friendly, attentive, detailed. What I see and feel here is when handling too hasty, grumbling, rude, and chatting / joking with fellow employees. Hmm ...
Pdhl Kusuma is pretty good you know ... at a price that isn't really expensive in my opinion. It's just that the service is more disciplined ... because in addition to efficacy, customers also look for the impression of service, you know ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk pengobatan , kami lumayan memadai...walaupun utk tindakan darurat kami blm ada, tp kami msh bisa.menangani luka akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas atau luka krn kecelakaan kerja
