★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekelas kantor pemerintah kok pelayanan nya seburuk ini ya? Saya bikin ktp bayar 100rb secara kolektif karena kantor dukcapil jauh sekali. Katanya 3 bulan lagi sudah bisa diambil. Tapi setelah 3 bulan saya kembali, malah katanya karyawan nya sudah tidak bekerja disitu. Memangnya ga ada berita acara atau serah terima pekerjaan ya? Selain itu prosedur nya repot sekali. Tiap orang kalo mau urus surat apapun prosedur nya beda beda. Pegawai nya kalo ditanya jawabnya ngga jelas. Kalo menjelaskan pun jawabnya setengah ngegas
