★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 23 november 2021 saya dengan bapak saya ingin mengurus surat untuk urus LKM krn bapak saya akan operasi hernia. Pagi itu saya datang baik baik bertanya saya mau urus surat untuk keringanan biaya operasi. Surat saya memang salah krn kurangnya waktu bapak saya sibuk berdagang beliau minta tolong bapak RW untuk membuatkan surat keringanan tersebut. Namun saat sampai di kantor kecamatan ini ada 2 anak magang dan 2 ibu yang 1 sangat tidak ramah nadanya agak membentak seperti memarahi saya dan bapak, dan bilang surat nya salah. Mksd saya disini saya tidak apa disalahkan namun bisa dengan penyampaian yang lebih baik krn saya membutuhkan surat itu saya dengan lapang dada akan membuat dari awal tega sekali membentak saya yang orang biasa ini. Saya yang sedang hamil menerima perlakuan seperti itu sangat sensitif dan tersinggung dengan perlakuan ibu petugas. Mohon lebih ramah lagi kepada masyarakat kami memang butuh kalian namun kami jangan di perlakukan seperti kalian petugas yang tidak baik dengan saya. Saya kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan kecamatan bekasi timur.
 On November 23, 2021, my father and I wanted to take care of a letter to take care of the LKM because my father was going to have hernia surgery. That morning I came nicely and asked if I wanted to arrange a letter for relief from the operation cost. My letter was wrong because my father lacked time to be busy in trading, he asked Mr. RW for help to make the relief letter. However, when they arrived at the sub-district office, there were 2 apprentices and 2 mothers, one of whom was very unfriendly, her tone was a bit yelling, like scolding me and my father, and saying the letter was wrong. I mean, I don't have anything to blame here, but I can do it with a better delivery because I need the letter. I will gladly make it hard for me to yell at this ordinary person from the start. I, who was pregnant, received such treatment, was very sensitive and offended by the treatment of the officer's mother. Please be more friendly to the community, we do need you but we should not be treated like you are officers who are not good with me. I am very disappointed with the service of the Bekasi Timur sub-district.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emng susah ngurus apa apa tanpa pake calo. Pengen ganti nama disuruh daftar pake e-open, udah ngajuin berkas online disuruh nunggu seminggu. Uwes tak tunggu. Pas udah seminggu didatengin eh di tolak, udah ngajuin 2x tetep aja ga muncul di e-open. Kalo belom siap pakai aplikasi/online jangan maksa. Dikira semua warga punya hp. Dan tolong bilangin ke mba mbanya JANGAN JUDES jadi orang wkwk, orang pengen bikin ktp karna nyelong masuk malah di bentak bukan di kasih arahan, padahal baru pertama kali masuk dan sendiri.

And please tell Ms. DON'T BE JUDGED to be a person, wow, people want to make ID cards because they enter, they are shouted at, not given directions, even though it's the first time they have entered and are alone.
