★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KTP sya Rusak dan mau ganti baru tapi saat datang kemari tidak bisa diganti dgn alasan tulisan masih kelihatan dan pegawai menerangkan dengan nada yg kurang sopan sbgai PNS ,, pdhal kalau tdk saya laminating KTP bner2 rusak dan plastik lepas..
 My KTP is damaged and I want to replace it with a new one but when I come here it can't be replaced with the reason that the writing is still visible and the employee explains in an impolite tone as a civil servant, even if I don't laminate the KTP it will get damaged and the plastic is loose ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecamatan sekarang bertukar tempat dengan kelurahan. Sy baru tau saat mau perbaiki ktp. Ktp sy mau ganti baru karena rusak. Sekirar tgl 20 an agustus 2019 sy dtg ke mall pelayanan publik di lotte mart. Dikasi surat keterangan utk mengganti ktp dan di perkirakan ahir bln desember 2019 akan bs diambil di kecamatan Rawalumbu. Awal Januari 2020 sy coba datangi. Bukan ktp baru yg sy dpt, tp srt keterangan yg diperpanjang sampai 6 bln ke depan. Alasannya blm di print. Wow... Apakah perlu waktu 6 bln utk print ktp? Sementara sy tdk melihat kesibukan yg berarti bagi pegawainya. Ada yg foto2 bareng gengnya di depan customer yg antri, ada yg bawa cemilan (sejenis cilok) sambil ngobrol dgn tmn nya, dan ada yg ketawa ketiwi....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aduhhh lagi lagi pelayanan buruk udah bertahun tahun ga beres, mau cetak ulang e ktp ilang aja susahnya ampun deh. Udah daftar e open, antrian udah dapet, ada lagi alesannya beda antrian. Udah punya surat keterangan ilang juga. Giliran dikasih 200 ribu langsung jadi tuh ktp. Mau pake jalan jujur susah amat ngurusin dokumen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menggunakan aplikasi e-open untuk pembuatan akta kekahiran (sudah diintegrasikan dengan KK dan KIA) tapi hanya mendapatkan akta saja, KIA kata petugasnya tidak usah untuk bayi baru lahir, lalu untuk apa "integrasi" ? Mudah²an saja nanti tidak dipersulit ya jika butuh KIA
